I've been so busy since I got home from work. I need to hurry and get into the bed because when I get off work tomorrow, I have a Titans Pre-Season game to work. Another 17 hours to work tomorrow!
Gayle....I wonder about Jennelle also. I do know she lives in Mississippi where the hurrican hit but I'm not sure what part she lives in. I went and looked and she last posted on 8-25. I hope she's ok.

YIKES! That power Ranger had some issues, huh??? LOL! I will show her the pic after school, she'll be suprised! She LOVES, LOVES, LOVES 1st grade. It is sooooooo cooolllll because they get to do math problems. Go figure, math was never my thing, but her father loves it too. She has 15 pages of homework this week, spelling words for a test on Friday and a book she needs to read 3 times and have us sign off on. I think it seems kinda like a heavy load for a 1st grader. Every night we are balancing time just for homework.
Today I took off work because of getting home late last night working the Titans game. I'm one tired mama! I didn't sleep in this morning either. I was wide awake at 6:30. (sucks huh?!) Anyway, I have been cleaning house & doing laundry all day!! We're going up to Debbie's in the a.m. and staying until Sunday so I wanted everything done when I get home.

Sherry-My mom's birthday is today, so tomorrow my best friend and my mom and I are going shopping, then having lunch together. Tomorrow night we will be going out to dinner. Sunday night Mike and I are going to an engagement party. Not much at home time this weekend. I will be doing my regular morning runs, though.

I'm working Saturday because of the Labor day holiday....seems booze and three day weekends go together! LOL! Steve works Saturday night at the store. I have a wine kit ready for us to mix up, so maybe we might be able to do that Sunday. As of this point, really nothing special planned.
My Son Chris called this morning to tell me that he won't be taking his military 2 week leave to come home next week as planned. The Navy is sending him to New Orleans for 2-3 months to help with bodies & clean-up. Please keep him in your prayers along with all the ones that was affected by the hurrican.

I did something last night I haven't done in months. I finished off some jellybeans. Probably 2 cups! Just when I've been down to 124-125. The sad part is that I really don't feel too guilty about it. Luckily, there aren't anymore in the house. I was using them to eat on my runs (4 at a time for a little boost after 5-7 miles.) I bought these other ones called Sports Beans made for exercising, so of course I didn't need the others anymore. I should have just thrown them out. Today's another day, though. 9 miles this morning should hopefully help offset those calories!
