thanks for all the welcomes :) my weigh in day will be Monday mornings

Amybeth 09-03-2005 11:31 PM

Hey Celeste, how are you? Thanks for the recipe it sounds really yummy! I am gonna try that this week! I will check out that website too! I love trying new things. About a week ago I tried the south beach diet. Was not for me at all! but I did pick up a recipe that sounds weird but I actually really like it. It is kind of an imitation of icecream. I use 1/2 cup fat free ricotta, 1 -2 tsp of vanilla and 1-2 tsp of splenda (tonight I drizzed a little lowfat choc. syrup on it.) mmmm sounds odd but its pretty good. its 2 points with out choc syrup and 3 points with low fat choc. syrup. About the same as lowfat frozen yogurt which I would take anyday over ricotta but thats what I had to work with and it did cure my late night sweet tooth ;)

Meldiggety 09-04-2005 01:43 AM

Debbie - Sounds like you are right on with your healthy way of living - you are right that atkins isn't a long term diet. God wouldn't make grains if we weren't suppose to eat them!

Celeste - Have so much fun on your date night w/ hubby - woo hoo

debbietexas 09-04-2005 10:50 AM

good morning all

Good Sunday morning to all. I am glad to say things are finally settling down here in our small communities. All the churches and schools and individuals have adopted a certain about of families for each group. The donations have been wonderful and I can kind of rest now knowing I have done all I can do. :dizzy:
Is there anyone here on atkins? I did it for years and you would not have found a bigger advocate of the diet. Till last year when I went to doctor and my colestral (sp) was totally out of control. Think about it even if you do eat veggies and fruits it is still moslty protein and you can imagine what that does to your liver and kidneys. Believe me I have studied every book and aspect of all these diets trying to find the right one for me. I might add had to have colonostomy because of all the rectal bleeding ( sorry) but it was from not eating enough bulky foods.
I had thought about joining weight watchers and hear it is great but this way I am doing seems to be working out. I multiply the fat x's 9 and divide by the calories and if it goes over 30 I don't touch it. Someone says counting fat can be tricky. It sure can because the if you don't read every label it can really mess you up. Just because it says low fat doesn't make it so.
I have found like everyone else here that exercise is the key and lowering calories and fat. Everyone starving self is not way to go either. Just get healthy plan don't even mention you are on diet or think that way. I have lost 11 lbs this last month not dieting just eating right and exercising.
I can not wait till I can say I weigh 170 and so on and on. By next summer I will be down to 135. I have the total faith I can do it.
The down fall and I was wondering if any one else has noticed is. My husband is getting jeolous :?: Imagine that. We have a camp house on the river and go there most weekends and hang out with all the other river rats lol. ( really nice group of people) I was always the fat happy one that brought the good food and desserts. Everyone loved me cause always so jolly. Now I am still jolly and happy but I wear size 14 shorts now with great tan and cute tops and I am going to pat self on back. I deserve. I look pretty damn good. Keep the positive atitude. Anyway we went last night and I noticed hubby was pouting on way home. I asked what the **** was up with that. HE WANTED TO KNOW WHY I AM SO FRIENDLY!!!!! Seems one of the guys said something about he was lucky to have a young beautiful wife!!! Hubby is older. Geesh it is the same friends we have had for years. A gal can't win for losing huh lol.
Just wait till next summer he will be blowing a gasket for sure lol. Poppy aka hubby better pay attention  I am kidding I adore my husband and I want him to be proud to be seen with me I guess he will just have to adapt huh.
Everyone keep up the great work. This can be done with time.

Amybeth 09-04-2005 03:10 PM

Well its day 2 and i am excited about lunch! Thank goodness my honey knows how to cook because I sure don't lol. I am having striper (fish) with rosemary and lemon zest, zuccini and yellow squash, and rosemary garlic red potatos mmm. the only thing i am a little nervous about is how much virgin olive oil is going to on everything. I hope I make an accurate calculation on everything! other than that day two is going very well! Hope everyone is doing well! :) I cant wait til about a month from now, I am hoping by then or soon after that this all just becomes routine. How long do you think it takes before you feel like it just comes easier and feels like the norm? Well I guess its time to start getting ready for work. woo hoo :p Well at least I work at subway so my dinner should be fairly nutritious. take care all

Meldiggety 09-04-2005 04:15 PM

Hi Amy - Good job on day 2 :) It has been 2 months for me now and it is still a bit challenging for me not to overeat, but the good news is that counting calories and exercise has become my routine. I am now at a place where I know I am not going to back out & I am going to keep moving forward to my goal. I would say that if you could prove to yourself that you can stay on it 90% of the time, you will have won half the battle! I usually eat more on weekends and have been known to feel a bit guilty about it, but I just reassure myself that I am going to exercise that much harder or eat that much healthier once Monday comes and I have still been able to lose. Keep it up, it's SO worth it. :high:

Take Care,
Melanie

P.S. I love Subway - it has such great low cal sandwiches and it's fairly healthy (especially in comparison to fast food).

fitnessweetie 09-04-2005 08:16 PM

Today was my free day!

 Today was my free day! I think that I didn't eat too bad. I just think I ate a little more carbs, than I normally would. Oh, well...It is over....Now time to get back on track.

Amybeth: I love subway....And I think that WW is a great way for weight loss. I love the ww dessert choc. cake. That gets me thur the day. I tend to nibble on it all day long. It is just 3 pts. But, I am not doing ww at this time because I tend to eat too many carbs with the points. I am trying to keep my carbs 40% or less of my cals. I did lose about 50 pounds before I had baby #2 on it. It is a great plan! :D

Celeste: That sounds like a very yummy dish! I think that I will try it soon. I love eat anything with :chicken: I love going on date nites too! Sounds like you have such a healthy balance life! We had our date nite at home on Friday too. We made choc. cover strawberries and watched meet the Flockers. That was a very funny movie. Hope you and your hubby had a good time.....

Caryn: Hope your weigh :goodscale in goes well on Monday!!!! I hope to check in and see how you did! It is not just about loosing weight it is about making healthy changes over time and good decisions.

Debbie: I am glad that things are getting better with the clean up. My hubby has aunts and uncle who were affected by the storm and they are trying to get back on there feet.
I think that it is great that you hubby sees how sexy we are. Sometimes that can create a new passion in a relationship. ;) If you know what I mean ;)

Melanie: I cannot wait till I get to go shopping for some new clothes. I have all the sizes from 18 to 8 in my closet and I can't wait until I am in the 16. I am in one pants that is a 16. But I want to be in the smaller 16s. :^:

Hope that everyone is having a good long weekend!!!!

RLK2005 09-04-2005 08:57 PM

Hello everyone. I found this thread and thought it might fit me. I am a 27 year old stay at home mom with 60 lbs to lose. I joined Weight Watchers last week and I am struggling through. It's hard to adjust and I keep reminding myself this is for life! I want to be able to include things I love but also make good changes. I really, really am desperate to lose. I wish my actions would follow my desires... Anyway, hope I can join and fit in here. Thanks, Rikki

debbietexas 09-04-2005 11:25 PM

Come on in Rikki. The more the merrier. You have found a great group of gals with abunance of help and support. I can't get through the day without coming here at least once for encouragement. You are right this is for life and you are on the right road. You will fit just right. REmeber exercise is also important key to this way of life. Together we can do this.

Amybeth 09-05-2005 12:20 AM

well day 2 turned out to be not quite what i bargained for. the lunch I was so excited for turned out to be a disaster. the fish wasnt done in time for work, the red potatoes got thrown out and all i had to eat by 3:30 was zuccini and yellow squash. So I went to work thinking I had a bunch of points and after I ate a 6 inch steak and ch. and a cookie I had no points left. then came home to my best friends drinking cosmos. Day 2 was a lot harder than I had planned. I dipped quite a bit into my flex points and am a little bummed. not gonna let it get me down though. well thank you for listening. see you all tommorow. take care all!

RLK2005 09-05-2005 01:00 AM

Amybeth--I can totally relate since this is my first week on WW. I ended up using all my flex points by day 2!!!!! I just try to do the best I can from there.

Thanks for the welcome Debbie. I hope I can get these changes made. I think exercise might almost be easier than the food thing!

Celeste0722 09-05-2005 08:42 AM

Guess what?? I LOST 1.5 LBS!!!!!!! Woohoo!!! Thanks guys for the suggestions!

Hi Rikki! Welcome! I'm also a SAHM. I think the hardest for me was actually getting started. Old habits are hard to break!

Amy-Oh no! Don't let that get you down! That's why the flex pts are there. but I understand, I always hated dipping into them.

Sunfire 09-05-2005 12:04 PM

OMG. I am SO tired right now. Welcome Rikki! Dude. I traded days at work so that I could go to a wedding yesterday, so now I'm here at work. It's 9am. I got here at 4am! Got up at 3:20am. I'm on like 2 hours of sleep. It's horrible! Ugh. Only like 2.5-3 hours to go!

I would type more, but I'm just so tired. I didn't eat all that bad at the wedding yesterday, so that's good.

Sunfire 09-05-2005 12:05 PM

Omg Congrats Celeste! Woo!

Meldiggety 09-05-2005 01:00 PM

Nicki - Hope you have a better day and are able to catch up on some zzzz's

Congrats Celeste - way to break a plateau! ;) I am so ecstatic for you! :cp:

So, I am ovulating again and I have come to find when I am there is a pattern of having a 2 lb gain in a matter of a day! :( I guess it's being bloated and water weight, but either way it's depressing to see the scale move upward. Anyone else a slave to the scale? I need to STOP weighing everyday and just stick to my once a week weigh in - ya know? I know that the scale isn't the best indicator of fat loss anyways.......I think for anyone else that feels they weigh too much and shouldn't, we should make a pact that we're only weighing once maybe twice a week - what da ya say??

Well, I hope everyone is doing well and having a nice holiday.
Melanie

Amybeth 09-05-2005 07:05 PM

Hey RLK I am in the same boat.... i used all my flex point yesterday (day 2) and am struggling some. it is 7pm and I have 2 points left. For dinner I had a salad and then another salad. mmm thrilling. Well I learned this week not to try to eat my points so fast. just because i missed breakfast and its 3:00pm and i still have 24 points is not a license to eat a steak and cheese and a choc chip cookie. I just need to remember that because now its going to be a long week. Last night I had no points left but 35 flex. I decided I would use 8 flex to have 2 cosmos. 2 led to 4 and a 3 point twisted tea, and of course the dreaded alcohol munchies. I ate a couple of turkey sandwiches and this morning felt terrible. Its time to buckle down and get on track. today was a good day so far. we will see what the night brings. take care all hope everyone else is staying on the ball. bye

fitnessweetie 09-05-2005 07:23 PM

Welcome RLK! Is that your real name? I am a stay at home mommy too! I know how hard it is to lose weight with toddlers. I tend to help mine finish her food. But, now I just get rid of it! It is hard for me to make meals for myself. I have found the Lean Cuisine to be tasty. And they have the WW points on the box! Anyway, nice to meet ya!

YES!!!! Celeste!!! :cheer:I am so very happy for you!!!! :cheer:

Nicki: I glad you did well with your choices at the wedding. I know it would be very hard for me! Hope you caught up on the sleep.

Melanie: I am too a slave to the scale. My hubby even hide it from me. I found it and began weighing everyday too! I know how depressing it can be, the scales has not changed for me in the past two days! I know that I should not rely on it either. But, you just can not help it....When my monthy vistor comes, I can gain up to 6 pounds, and the next day be right back where I was before. So, hopefully it will past soon. And I agree with you about weighing only once a week and I am going to do it starting now! :^:

I am start the body for life contest in the morning. I found out that there are about 125 people doing the contest as well. It will last 12 weeks. I had my measurement done today too, and I am losing inches. YES!!!!! Anyway, I hope that everyone had a healthy and happy weekend!!!! :flow2: :flow2: :flow2: :flow2:

RLK2005 09-05-2005 07:31 PM

Hello ladies.

Celeste: Congrats on the weight loss! I think what you said about old habits being broken is where I am stuck. I do what is comfortable becaue the change appears to be hard. I can do it, though, right? :-)

Melanie: I just joined so I don't know about your ovulation issues but I have problems in that area. I didn't ovulate when I tried to get pregnant the first time and did some fertility drugs. Now, I am off the pill again and not ovulating. I don't think this is a lifetime issue for me, I really think it's because of my weight. I don't know. It's an emotionally challenging issue for me. Also, I think weighing once a week MAX is best. Your weight fluctuates so much day to day. It can really get you down.

Amy: Yes, we sound like our weeks were alike with flex points! I need to plan better next week--it's a goal. I do bad the beginning of the week so I just give up in the end.

Karen: My name is Rikki (yes that is my full name).

I weigh in on Tuesday so here's hoping that no matter what it is, I will be okay! It's not like I did what was required nor did I do my best so why do I expect major results??

Later...Rikki

Meldiggety 09-05-2005 10:38 PM

Hey Karen - Good luck on the body for life contest - you go girl!! :strong: Ok, let's promise each other not to weigh everyday - ok? I am a lot better at keeping promises when I am accountable to another person than just myself!

Hello Rikki - Nice to meet ya. I don't have ovulation issues, I just tend to get very bloated when I am ovulating and retain water. I'm sorry about your difficulties with fertility.....let's pray that once you meet your goal, you will have no problem with conception! Prayers and positive thinking works wonders ;)

Hi Amy - I promise that if you stick with it, it will get easier and once you start seeing results, all your hard work and sacrifice will be worth it. Also, the longer you do WW, the more you will be able to get more bang for your buck as far as points go and you will also learn to save up for things you really crave. It just takes some adjustment, hang in there - you can do it! :high:

haleys 09-06-2005 12:25 PM

Jeeeeeeeze, I don't check the board for a day or two and then I've got to read 3 pages to catch up! Been doing that thing lately where I eat well during the day and crappy at night, but I kind of "called myself out" on it last night and said a bunch of expletives in my head to myself about how I need to not mess my diet up.

Weight loss is easy if you just DO it. I need to remember that. ALL weight loss is, is eating healthy and exercising, that's EASY!

I'm going to the gym after class today and going to continue to eat healthy and lose these damn pounds!

suzefactor 09-06-2005 12:56 PM

Woah, I had plenty of catching up to do. I forgot to make sure I was notified of new posts, and if I'm not notified, it slips by the wayside. Then four days later I'm like, waaaaait a minute....

Welcome to the new girls! Good luck, hang in there, etc. you know.

This weekend I fell off HARD. I have eaten nothing but crap all weekend long. McDonald's. Arby's. Papa John's TWICE. We went to greektown and I had the vegetarian trio (vegetarian pastitsio, ohhhh my god). I am up again, I'm not sure by how much, I don't even want to check. I'm waiting for my damn credit card to get here so I can go get 12 weeks of weight watchers.

Labor day weekend was rough. My son was totally crabby all weekend long, and of course my husband worked allll weekend. He had Monday off so we cleaned the house for three hours while my son napped. I got a gigantic blister all along the side of my index finger whilst ripping checks up, and then when I was on the phone with my husband (he ended up taking our son over to his parent's house for a couple of hours) I was also cutting material for a new quilt I'm making and backed my arm into the iron. I now have a nice big burn in the shape of the top of the iron on the back of my right arm. Geeez.

So my Curves membership expires soon...I was thinking of joining Lifetime Fitness, but it's soooo expensive. I know a couple of people dying to get rid of Bally's memberships, so I printed out a guest pass and I think I'm going to check it out after therapy tonight. My therapist balances her checkbook during our sessions. I don't know if I should be offended or not. She fell asleep during one of them too...I like her, though. She's very mean and motivates me to stop making excuses.

Congratulations to the ladies who've lost weight. Debbie, you're amazing for all you're doing right now.

Time to play some more catch up.

debbietexas 09-06-2005 02:10 PM

Hey girls. Things finally calming down around here a bit so now I can get back to focus of dieting. I haven't really been eating bad actually good but I havent been doing the weights just the walking. I can tell my tummy is not as firm as it was. I am so proud to hear all is doing well. I wish I could afford weight watchers but it gets so expensive I think. The Susan Powter way is doing great for me. I just got to get back pumping again. We went to river last night fishing and it was so great to wear my suit and no shorts and no flab over top of my lap.
I was so tempted last night to eat the sandwiches and chips and stuff all were eating but I did good. I carred my 7 grain bread mustard and turkey and pretzels. Heck they wanted mine.
I have decided I am going to throw the damn scales away. They do not move. I know I am losing though cause my shorts that I couldn't zip three weeks ago now fall off. I can put on with out unzipping .
It is so nice we have such a wonderful group of support gals here. Keep up good work remember rome wasnt built in a day!!!

Sunfire 09-06-2005 02:18 PM

You guys, normally I would go through and read what everyone said, but I'm totally sick right now! So maybe I can do it later today or tomorrow. My boyfriend got me sick. :( Little bit of a sore throat (it feels better today, thank goodness) but a MAJOR runny nose that's pissing me off! LOL

Ok I'll talk to you guys in a bit. Love to all!

RLK2005 09-06-2005 03:34 PM

Nicki--hope you feel better soon. My whole house has been down with something or other recently and it gets old fast!

Melanie--thanks for the encouragement.

I weigh in tonight so I will let you know how that goes. It's been an interesting day. I was doing good but then had McD's for lunch (I will save the excuse for that) but I have worked out and am drinking lots of water so I am doing something right! Hope everyone has a great day!

Rikki

Meldiggety 09-06-2005 07:03 PM

Hi Haley - You can do it, just ask yourself if the late night muchies are more desirable than a thinner you! I bet the answer will be "NO". ;)

Sarah - I hate how it feels to eat bad several days in a row - jump back on the band wagon and you'll be down again in no time. Also, about your therapist - I would ask her if she is planning on charging you for the time she falls asleep or balances her checkbook during your session.......either that or tell her you want a BIG FAT discount - that is SO rude! :nono: She should be giving you her full attention if your paying for it!

Hey Debbie - I know that you very much like Susan Powter, but please be careful with that diet......even the moderators on this forum recently posted a thread about that diet and how it's out of date and harmful long term. It is a no fat/extremely low fat diet and our bodies need good fats (olive oil, canola oil, nuts, avocados, fish etc....) on a daily basis. Just make sure you are getting those essential fats, otherwise your body will store the fat it has. It doesn't take much - even if you use a few teaspoons of oil in cooking or salads. Keep up the good work hot mama

Nicki - Please feel better! You'll be in my thoughts and prayers!

Hope everyone else is well :)
Melanie

fitnessweetie 09-06-2005 10:30 PM

Sorry, I have not posted today....It has been kinda buzy. :dizzy: :dizzy:

Sarah: Glad to hear back from you! Sounds like it has been really stressful, I hope that the storm calms down soon. I totally agree with what Melaine said about your session. That is very rude!!! I think mental health is so very important!

Haley: Don't beat yourself up too bad. Life goes on...Too me weight loss is a hard battle. But, we must fights some battles before we can win the war. Boy, Am I sounding like George W. Bush???? Take it hour by hour...

Debbie: I totally agree with Mel about the fats. You need the good fats...Salmon is a wonderful fat....But I don't eat fish. There is a combination fat oil that you can get UDO's, This is a good fat that will help you burn more fats....

Nicki: Hope you feel better soon!!!!

Melanie: Thanks for being my cheer leader!!!!

Good nite!!!
Karen

debbietexas 09-06-2005 11:08 PM

Thanks for all the information. It is kind of no win situation lol no matter how I go. Low carb dangerous now Susan Powter is. I'm not really following her diet as much as I am her attitude. I eat tuna and turkey and venison and make sure I do get some fat. The main part I like is her attitude. She believed and she done it. I also have other books that I read also. I guess what I am saying is I am not on a diet I am on healthy way of living. Can you tell me how to find the post from moderators. I am totally lost everywhere but here lol. Kind of like a hick in big city. I read everything and basically moderating my way of eating. I also love the show I lost it. What I am needing most is motivation to keep me going and have found a wonderful place here. Thanks again.

Meldiggety 09-06-2005 11:31 PM

Hey Debbie - I didn't mean to discourage you from doing such a wonderful job and being so dedicated to a healthier you - I just wanted to let you know that I've learned that any type of extreme in dieting is not good and in this case the extreme is no fat (in atkins it's no carbs). We are all here to share info and keep each other accountable and that's all I am trying to do. Here is the link to the post that Mrs. Jim wrote about Susan Powter and non-fat diets (it's in the 3rd of 4th paragraph);

http://www.3fatchicks.com/forum/show...2&postcount=15

Hey Karen - It's easy to be your cheerleader, you are terrific! :D

RLK2005 09-06-2005 11:31 PM

Hi Ladies...

I lost 1.2 lbs!! YEAH ME! It's kind of motivating for me to keep at it. I have to update my signature--my little bee can move up. :-)

Rikki

debbietexas 09-07-2005 12:40 AM

Oh no mel. I appreciate all the info you can give me. I have did low carb for so long I just don't know how to eat. I am reading everything I can get my hands on. I want to lose and be healthy. I don't care how long it takes. Any way yall can help me I want to learn.

Sunfire 09-07-2005 01:03 AM

Debbie, what about eating from the food pyramid? I think the website is www.mypyramid.com You will get everything you need to keep you healthy. Moderation is key. ;)

Celeste0722 09-07-2005 01:44 PM

UGGGH!! IE crapped out on me and lost my post.

Rikki-Woohoo!! Congrats!!!!

Debbie-Really, all WW's is, is to teach you portion size and making correct choices, and eating things in moderation, and exercise. I know for me, my biggest problem was the portion size. I was eating probaby 2 to 3 times what a serving should be.

Here's a good website to demonstrate what correct portions are:
http://www.eatright.org/Public/Nutri...ndex_16264.cfm

And a quick quiz to see if you know what portion sizes are: http://www.intelihealth.com/IH/ihtIH...l?d=dmtContent

Hope everyone is doing well!

2beautiful2Bfat 09-07-2005 03:31 PM

Weigh in!

Today is my weigh in day which I have been dreading!! But it turned out okay! I am down 3 lbs to 190.2!

Sunfire 09-07-2005 04:46 PM

Great job Shirah! Don't you feel so good? :D

I'm still sick, ugh. I haven't been counting calories or anything! And I have been eating what I want, but it's not always unhealthy, so that is good. I'm just bummed that my exercise has to be put on hold like this, when I was doing so good. Wait, did I already say that? LOL Oh well.

haleys 09-07-2005 06:04 PM

Shirah, CONGRATS!!!

Nicki, just get back into it. Start counting calories again and just do it (nike really is smart for that quote thing). It's so worth it, it's gonna be awesome when we're under 200 then at our goal weights and looking even more hot than we already do, for real.

I went to the gym yesterday and sweated my big behind off on the elliptical for an hour then did weights, I'm going to an ab class tonight and then some other aerobic-type class. I think I'm at 205-210, but I'm not going to weigh myself until Sunday morning. I've been doing much better with food, I got a bunch of bananas and have been eating one or two at night to fill me up and LOTS AND LOTS of water.

Hope you all are doing awesomely and if not, get back with it!

debbietexas 09-07-2005 06:27 PM

Thanks for all the info. It is so hard to learn to eat right. I am just focusing on one day at a time and it seems to be working. All of you gals are great help. I hope you get to feeling better.

fitnessweetie 09-07-2005 08:01 PM

Way to Go!!!!    Shirah and Rikki on your weight loses!!!!

Haley: You are doing so very well with your workouts! Boy, you are putting 110% in it. I bet you will have lost some weight soon. I can see that you are not a slave to your scale. I guess, sometimes it can be a good thing not to have one!

Debbie: It took me along time to find out what work for me with weight loss, but if I found out about this site, I would have gotten to my goal faster. Hope that things are getting back to normal for you. You are one sexy hot mama!

Rikki: I love moving my thingy too! It makes me feel that I am getting closer....

Nicki: Just get back on when you are feeling better. Maybe, just focus on the eating instead of the working out. I hope you get well soon!

Melanie: I was thinking about how the auditions went. Remember, when this thread started you said that you were going to audition for american idol.

Celeste: I think our little gals, may have been born the same year. Jessica was born 12-18-02. She can not get enough of Dora.

Well gals have a good nite!

Karen

RLK2005 09-07-2005 08:55 PM

Shirah--CONGRATS! That is great! :woo:

Karen--your note on Dora wasn't for me but I had to comment because my house is all about Dora right now! My kids are not yet 2 but they walk around saying "backpack" all day long. :)

I had an almost perfect day. If I hadn't gone to my parents' for supper, I would have been good. Although, I did say no to dessert there. I just ate way too much supper and had a pop.

Well, have a great night ladies. Rikki

Debbie, I hear ya! It is very hard to learn to eat right. I still struggle with it.

Just had to say I got back from the gym and oh my god...The ab class was so hard, I'm surprised I finished it then there was some Camp24 (I go to 24 hour fitness) and it included a step thing, jump rope, and weights, oh man I'm even MORE suprised I finished that one. I just know I'm going to be so sore tomorrow. I better have burned like 1000 calories for all that crap. I'm definitely doing more classes, too, it's so fun to switch up the routine and makes the time fly by faster. I'm going to take a shower cause I feel majorly sweaty.
