What is different this time in your weight loss efforts than in the past: Well, I'm getting a lot of support through forums like these (although the main forum I moderated on just had to be shut down thanks to a very negative jerk), I'm also following a dead easy plan that requires NO cooking and NO grocery shopping - two of my worldly hates. I also see the diet working at a steady and more rapid pace than most, so that gives me motivation.
