Good Morning Chicas, I hope all had a lovely evening. I am finally done buying everything for K's trip next week. Everything is in place and I even bought the suitcases. And what a deal. I ended up getting 13pc luggage for $59.99. It was an accident of course, but oh well. I had the cashier and one of the stock people look them over and make sure, but when I got home I ended up with 13pc instead of the 8 that were the original sale. So I'm putting them away till both K and I fly together to see E. Other than that I spent a quiet evening at home; what else could I do without a car. And my dad can only be so nice before he has a fit and starts ranting and raving about how we all just take advantage of him. Anyway that's another story. DUTCHIE how is the new job coming along? VIVA you don't get paid on Fridays? If you got paid on Fridays, you would have gotten three paychecks this month. CHICKIE she can't keep herself under control, so do you really think she can keep us under control. :p TWIDDLE I'm having trouble over here with staying OP, I need to start a routine again. HINT!!!! Yeah, right, like VIVA could be in charge of us. HA! *That* was one of the funniest things I've ever heard!! Not much going on here. Feel much better today. I'm down 4.5 pounds from yesterday...shows you how much water I was retaining. Yikes! I think I'm still holding onto a little bit, but nearly as bad as yesterday was. Going out for Center City Sips after work today - woo hoo!! D*mn. I thought I had posted this. Wrote it over 2 hours ago. Well, here it goes, now... |

VIVA - I forgot that I had Wendy's chili for lunch on Monday, too. For dinner I had pork (cutlets? from Sam's Club), potatoes au gratin (Betty Crocker) and lima beans (canned). All of those things have a good amount of sodium in them. It was just a bad combination. I knew when I couldn't slip my ring off my finger on Tuesday morning that it was bad. This morning I could with no problem. (Don't tell DH that!! :D )

My BAD!! But I thought you knew that K graduates on Friday from middle school. My son is going to high school. WOW, did I finally admit to having a son who is going to high school.

Morning CHICKIES! Had a good day off yesterday but like SPILLIE said, it doesn't even seem like I was off. I didn't do much and that felt great.
Got up today bloated as ****. My eyes are all swollen and so are my hands/feet. I woke up just about evey hour on the hour too. FRICK! Needless to say I'm not in the best of moods either. These next couple days here are gonna bite big time. *sigh* VIVA: whatcha making in class tonite? TWIDDLE: congrats on your loss!!!! SPILLIE: I too need to get in gear. DUTCHIE: how's your job going? I'm not making anything in class tonight because it's OVER!!!!! Last week was the last class.
I have softball practice tonight though! So VIVA will be getting her exercise in! Hopefully the field isn't too wet from all of the rain we had yesterday evening. It was raining cats & dogs! |
