I'm still here at work. I'll be heading out in about 1/2 hour. But then tomorrow I get to leave at 1pm...YAY! :carrot:

Mine was short since I was at work til about 5:15pm and then I stopped by the grocery store. I had to get some things for dinner tonight (BBQ chicken in the crockpot) - then when I got home I made dinner and then it was time to watch my show on TV. I slept so well and I didn't wanna get up when myalarm clock went off!!

IT'S FRIDAY!!!! :carrot: :cb: :dancer: :carrot: :cb: :dancer: :carrot: :cb: :dancer: :carrot: Not sure who's joining us today. I'm assuming VIVA and SPILLIE will both be here. Hope you all had a good night. Mine was pretty uneventful. No workout, which was a bummer. I got into a heated discussion on the GDT before I left last night, and ended up not leaving until quite late. I had to make a couple of stops (no, I'm not giving details :p ), and didn't get home until around 8. DH got home around 9, and I think we finally had dinner around 9:30. Had to get up super early today, as DH was dropping me off at the train station, and he had to get in early. I'm barely awake! It's off to Horseheads after work, for SIL's baby shower tomorrow. My mom's going, too, so it should be a good time (not that it wouldn't be if my mom wasn't there, but you know what I mean). I packed my running stuff, so hopefully I'll get some running in up there, although it's going to be awfully cold! They've had flurries already. :yikes: Guess that's about it from me, for now. Hope you all have a great Friday!! |

That was Saturday afternoon, and was fun. Or as fun as it can be. I don't know why those things can't be more entertaining. I'll have to serve booze at mine (if I ever have one... :o ). I managed to get a run in on Saturday morning, which felt pretty good. It was a little difficult, since I'm used to the treadmill, but it was still good. Saturday night I had a leeeeeeetle too much wine, so no running for me yesterday! Looking forward to the game tonight...but hopefully it'll be a blowout one way or the other so we can go to bed at a decent time. I'm exhausted! Anyway...hope you all had a good weekend, eating well, exercising, drinking all of your water (ROCKER!!!!), etc. |
Morning Chickies! :wave: Had an ok weekend...did the Super Walmart Jersey thing on Friday and was almost ready to check out when the fire alarm went off...we had to leave our carts til it was ok to go back in. What a mess.
So Thursday night I'm asleep in the chair when the phone rings...I only picked it up b/c I thought it might be my parents. Anyway, it was the gym I belong to...they're all like: we see you haven't been in in awhile....yada yada yada. The point was they offered me a FREE session with a trainer to try and get me back in. SO I WENT!!!!! On Sat. morning I met with a trainer and have an entire new workout all set up. I told him about my knee so we worked around that. Needless to say, I'M SORE! :wl: but am glad I went. So Saturday, I re-recommitted myself and so far, so good. I've journaled EVERYTHING and have had more than enough water and have kept exercising. Yesterday I spent making stuff for this week. Not much else is new so I guess I better get a move on. Take care and TTYL! |
Good morning. I hope everyone had a good weekend. Friday DBF and I ran some errands when I was done work. Saturday we went to my sister's house for dinner and cake for my Mom's birthday. Yesterday we pretty much relaxed!
I have a dentist appointment today and I don't want to go! I know I'm going to end up having cavities! My parents probably own a wing of the dentist office -- they gave me their teeth -- BOO!
