Thanks TWIDDLE...this was an ongoing debate yesterday on the WW board! I'm gonna have to work my way up to more water...yesterday was the first day I got 144oz down...and that was a struggle! I'm good with 96 though.

Ok, here's another question: is there a correlation between the amount of water you drink and how good your skin looks?
