Hi everyone! Haven't been able to check in for awhile...so busy. I had a WI today and stayed the same. Guess that's good cause I wasn't very good over the holiday weekend! Ate way too much of the wrong things. This week will hopefully be better.
yeah.. just start again.... the trick is to get back at it! ive beeb stuck for 2 weeks recycling the same pound, its gone.... its back guess i am see sawing...
No one has been here in a long time!!! Anyone want to revive a 40's something???? I think us "40 somethings" have our own uniques challenges.....oour bodies are changing!!!
