S/C/G: SW:226/16st - about 50lbs lost

Height: 5'8"

Default

I am particularly caffeinated today I feel like working out like the tonight! I will probably get home and crash, have dinner then think about lifting some weights! But right now I want to brutally assault a heavy bag and practise my sweeps on DF and throw some Mach10 axe kicks. Maybe I should have more Pepsi??

If I don't work out like a trojan I will be bored... we have nothing planned for tonight apart from a video... Oh and if Wallace and Gromit turns up then that's our evening sorted

Happy, Happy Birthday, Reb! Hope your day was wonderful!!

Our Gazelle hasn't shown up yet...but Good News: HH and I both went to the cardiologist for echos and stress tests and both got clean bills of health. YAY!

Bad News:
I had PIZZA tonight to celebrate!

WHY DO WE DO THIS??????
It's so depressing.
I don't know why we do! but we all do

first, Happy Belated Birthday, Rebel!! 29, you young thang, you!!

Kathy, hope you're feeling better

FlaSun, ooo, man, I was WITH you on that ride seeing dolphins in the ocean, warm wind, oh man I'm jonesing for a ride!!!!

Hrlymom, so sorry to hear of your DH's vision problems. That test sounds scary!!

2frust, you are a kickboxing, exercising dynamo and we (my family) also love Wallace and Grommet!

Gina - CONGRATS!! lowest adult weight!?! WOOHOO!!!

I slipped up alot last week, 'cause I didn't prepare well. I will do that starting tonight!! When I successfully counted calories (and lost weight gradually) before, it was due to planning ahead...and lots of times just having the same things each day...that eliminated too much though and too much emphasis on 'what am I having'. Kinda the 'eat to live' thought as opposed to living to eat

breakfast - cup of yogurt and cup of kashi cereal, OR serving of hot oatmeal with cut-up apple, and of course big cuppa coffee (I use 2% milk in it)

snack - apple, or orange, or yogurt, if I didn't have it already

lunch - can of tuna fish with 1 T light mayo; one or two pieces of bread; carrots sticks galore and any other cut up veggies I can find

snack - one granola or fruit bar that has around 120 calories and coffee, or even a piece of toast with coffee

dinner - a chicken breast, green salad, cooked veggies

snack - maybe a piece of toast or another granola bar, if I didn't have a starch at dinner.

Sounds good, doesn't it?

Oh! I don't know if I can post it here, or maybe I'll have to do a link...but I got a pair of SICK Kuryakyn pegs for my new bike!!!

Isn't it strange that sometimes my sig line stuff shows up, and sometimes it doesn't?

to csoar2004!! Great pics btw! 52? Is that your age? 'Cause you don't look 52....

Holly - there was an "enhancement" that your signature shows up on the first post of each page. I'm not sure what the rules are beyond that - but it shows up intermittently after that until a new page is made. It's to save space and make the pages load faster.

Andrea - 29? It just gets better from there, girl!!

2Fru....no more Pepsi for you! It makes you crash when you come down...I love Wallace and Gromit!!!! Ever since the traveling pants....

Jill - let's just say you'll be really ready for that Gazelle when it finally arrives... Hope it shows up soon! Yay for the clean bill of haealth for you and HH!

Harleymom... So sorry about DH and his eyes. That must be so hard for both of you!

Did they call it "the travelling pants" over there?? It was "the wrong trousers" over here!!

Yeah I was perhaps thinking about giving up the Pepsi... When I've finished this bottle. I've taken tomorrow off work, for a much needed rest and recovery session! I might go shopping, after all, it is payday too

OOoh and hello csoar

Csoar

Today is my dads 60th Birthday. We are going to take him to this all you can eat Italian restaurant called Cinzetti’s. It is sort of gourmet Italian food. All I know is they have the best desserts in town, chocolate covered strawberries, cream puffs, cannoli, bread pudding, gelto, raspberry crostata, ice cream, fruit tarts, and much more. I will have to stay away from that area as much as possible.

Hope you all have a great day!!!! Keep on keep’n on!

Thanks for your kind words. Yep, 52 is my age (not my bust size -lol ). There's nothing like shedding lots of weight to turn back the clock!
