I'm here... I sometimes forgets about my biker chickies
I'm still riding. Every day, all year, day in, day out!
The honeymoon poundage disappeared for a little while, then piled back on again this last weekend with 3 days of eating out and a week off the gym. I've been feeling a little under the weather. Then yesterday we had a buffet lunch which made me into a little binge-eater last night THEN I've been given a HUGE 5lb box of Cadbury's Roses choccies... GAH! I've eaten 3, and I've just decided that I'm going to give them away to the kiddies class at kickboxing tomorrow.
Hopefully I'll be back at the gym properly next week. I'm off there tonight to practice some "Dolphin flips" for kickboxing. You see them in films... Where Uma Thurman gets thrown on her back, then curls her legs up to her head and springs up to standing. I will be able to do them soon with practice!

Long time, no see! I never forget you chicks, I'm just super lazy lately, lol. Not much new going on. The weather has been great for riding this week, but we haven't really been out much. It's just been hectic and I haven't even done any Christmas shopping yet. I am a horrible procrastinator. Besides, I think I'm going to give away handmade gifts this year. Four days of work next week and then...a break!!!!!!! Yay!!!
I will be sooooooooooo glad when this Holiday stuff is over, over, OVER!! Every ounce of eating sense I have has evaporated and I am eating anything and everything that is placed in front of me!!!!!! AUUUUUUGH! Not to worry tho....soon as New Years comes all the binging craves disappear like somebody flipped a switch. Go figure!!! Still scared to weigh myself.....
Had a nice ride on Saturday....then went to our HOG party that evening. Was fun and everyone had a great time. The food was yucky but I ate it anyway...then wished I hadn't. It wasn't worth it. Next day we went to a gathering here in the 'hood and the FOOD was to DIE FOR!! They are Italian and man-o-man was it worth it to splurge on the Points that day! Oh God....I'm talking about FOOD again! SOMEBODY STOP ME!!!!!
We're headed to South Florida to spend Christmas with some of our riding buddies, so we're trailering our bike so we can take our dog with us. She turned 14 this past Friday and we just don't like to leave her unless absolutely necessary.

Still fighting FOOD this week....tonight we're eating out with friends at a fabulous MEXICAN restaurant. I"m doomed with no will power....but I'm still not fretting (too much!) since I know I can overcome this with the end of the holidays.
It's been mega-foggy yesterday and today. I'm still riding though, but I did wait until it half-cleared yesterday. It's got worse while I've been at work, but I'm leaving in an hour so it'll be ok. I'm off to buy my turkey etc etc.
Off to South Florida early in the morning...taking our bike.....supposed to rain here for the next 4 days, but hopefully it won't make it as far south as we're going.

Every year we have a Harley Santa, we are anxiously awaiting him...the Santa who is willing to ride in the snow and on ice for a few smiles! (All I hope for is that it is not me)
Hi chicks!! welcome Sabrina! I've been busy at work, busy making cookies at home (and eating them, afraid to say!) but am doggedly working out about 6X a wek. My body is probably saying "jeez woman, good work with the 'cising, but lay off the junk!!"

I`m afraid that I have been giving into temptation, I was fine until it was in front of me lol ... I better go for a walk.
It's Christmas Day evening and we're home safe 'n sound from our trip to S. Florida. Got in some good riding while there and had a wonderful time celebrating The Season with our friends. Visited a couple of Harley shops in Palm Beach and Pompano and got a beautiful pair of dangley earrings and some fabulous gloves from my HH!! Came home to loads of rain (3 inches) and it's still coming down. Guess there were some high winds too for a while today, but we arrived afterwards.
Got beautiful gifts from our daughter and grandkids in northwestern Wyoming and wished we were there for this blessed day. Maybe one of these years...but it's just so hard to get there this time of year... sniff, sniff...
Hope you're all having a wonderful day, no matter where you are! We'll all weigh ourselves on January 2nd and get back on the bandwagon from there. Deal?
