Oops, one more thing. I am wondering how you all handle when you get off of plan for a day. Do you go right back to the usual or do you try and reduce your calories for the rest of the week to make up for it? Or, maybe add some additional exercising to burn the extra calories? Just curious. Personally, I just jump right back in where I left off so that I don't start a viscious cycle. I guess I worry that if I try and make up for it I'll end up too hungry and find myself having another off-plan day.
