well I walked another 3.3 miles today and did my pushups and an hour of taebo. real fun for me.

I think I'm having a light flare-up of lupus/vasculitis, my ankle is hurting, I'm going to keep walking, maybe with more excercise it will eventually feel better. Just so you guys know I'm making an effort, just not going to push it too much right now...
