Had a very rough run today. Had to stop after 5, then come home, shower and run another 6. I hope my UC isn't starting to kick up again.

Yesterday I walked 1 mile and did 40 minutes of aquafit. Today I walked 2 miles. I have been walking 2-3 times a week. It is exausting and painful but I am tired of lying around. I am not any worse than before so I figure I might as well go for it.
