1 egg ham and onion denver with salsa, pickle, tomate slices, orange, few choc peanuts 9 points

Dee-Is porridge like oatmeal?
Not sure what I ate yesterday, I do remember gobbling down a hotdog at the end of the Fall Festival without even thinking! I was starved. I know that I didn't have too many points, though.

Okay, frozen yogurt is gone. Went out and bought fruit, but ate those big black lucious seedless grapes all day!
B-HB egg, yogurt, coffee
S-grapes
L-salad,ff dressing,air popped corn, grapes
D-Yucky Gardenburger dinner (SW chicken 2pts.) matzo, salad, hb egg,ff dressing, parm cheese
