Cristi - what a coincidence! I just referred to Dr. Phil's book on another thread. Did you get it in audio?

My son isn't a reader like I am. Try as I did I just was unable to impart this desire to him.The next best way I've had to share stories and classics with him are movies.A while back I convenced him to sit with me and watch "Of Mice And Men" by Stienbeck. When it was over he was very upset. He said it was a horrible little story and I'd marred him for life. Occationally afterwards he'd bring it up chastising me jokingly for making him watch it. I've had to promise to never mention the name "Stienbeck" ever again. About a month ago he comes out of his room. "I just saw another horrible little movie,"he complains,"It had a young Henry Fonda in it and it was about the dust bowl"." I keep watching thinking it couldn't get any worse but it did," he continued,"It was just as bad as that "Of Mice And Men" you made me watch. I burst out laughing . "Ofcourse it was,"I informed him, "You just watched another story by Steinbeck.

I'm a little late for these books I guess. I just found Jennifer Weiner. I love her!
GOOD IN BED. IN HER SHOES. LITTLE EARTHQUAKES. She is very funny.
