Hello again!

Well my day is going pretty good. I feel great anyway. My toilet is now backing up into my tub! Can you say GROSS!! Dh will be here until tomorrow afternoon so he is going to snake the lines tomorrow or I'm going to hurt him, lol. He should be here in time for dinner tonight.
But I got my kitchen all cleaned up now... just need to sweep and mop, the rest of the house is still in good condition.
Ok, after my shower today I put on makeup so I tried the new foundation. Let me just say--- Awesome! It goes on super silky but dries to a matte finish... like a powder finish and looks so natural! I'm in love!! So glad I bought it... and a little bit goes a long way so it will last me several months.

Cheri, that is so great that you will get to start walking at night! Before dh left out on the road I would walk in the evening too. I just loved it. Along with it being good exercise it was also nice to get out and clear your head. Alone time.. all mothers need it, lol.

Crystal, do you think it can be just a sinus headache? I hope that tylenol sinus helps. I use that alot even for a cold because it really gets rid of the runny or stuffy nose.

Penny, it didn't mess dh's schedule up too bad... he was ahead by about 7 hours anyway... but he was hoping to be home around noon and now it looks like 4-5 pm. He is feeling better about it all too. But the cops did say it was a semi that hit that poor man... that's why they had to question my dh and check out his truck and all that, but of course they found nothing. Dh was a little ticked they thought he had anything to do with it but I understand why the police would think that. I mean he was super upset (crying) and that could look like a guilty conscience... but everything is fine now. He is trying to put it out of his mind. And congrats to your for turning down that sausage biscuit and donuts!! That is a great NSV!!!! And so encouraging for the rest of us. Keep up the good work!!

OK, QOTD-- I would get a breast augmentation first. I like the size of mine but I would like to have perky ones again, lol. Actually I've looked into it once before but for 5000 bucks I can't bring myself to do it.I even went to the point of deciding exactly what kind (mentor, smooth round, under the muscle and a transumbilical cut) but never went through with it. Maybe if I won the money or something, I would seriously do it, lol. And after that I think I would do lipo on my stomach and hips... stubborn fat there... I think I could get down to 115 lbs and still have fat there. Tummy tucks sounds nice but I don't like the scar they leave and it's a painful recovery. But who knows... win a million bucks and I just may have a an extreme makeover!! LOL. (since both is fantasy anyway, lol)

OK, guess I'll go sweep now. I don't want to mop until nap time though. Tanner thinks a wet kitchen floor is a slip and slide, lol. TTYL!

Good Day Guys

SPRYNG your poor thing I would be freaking if that was happening and hus was not there. You are strong woman. I just asked him and he said start snaking the furthest drain away from the house. Or the furthest pipe you can before it leaves the house if you can other wise start at any one of them. He said chemicals and plunging will not help your problem . He not a plumber but a darn good handy man. I hope that helped. Anyway glad you liked the makeup. Could you tell me the name of it again and the color you got? My chest is pretty tan, but my face never tans . I have know idea why? Hope you are feeling better. It is the pits trying to take care of the kids and yourself when you are sick. But I always say to myself I would rather be sick than them. Last night I had a hot fudge, carmel, pecan turtle sundae. A big one. I feel so guilty but my dad bought one for all of us and how was I suppose to turn it down . It was great but I feel so guilty. Btw, I would love a breast lift after breastfeeding two babies !!

Hi everyone else, gotta go going to eat lunch, a blt. Yum Yum, Julie

Good Morning!! I just now woke up DH let me sleep in and I am so grateful!

Ok my weigh in today, was......the same as yesterday, so 217.2 which is 5.3 lbs down from last week!! Hopefully my weight has stopped bouncing all over the darn place.

Qotd: I would have a tummytuck as well, my skin is just all stretched out from the pregnancies as I'm sure most of us have lol Its just part of motherhood but I would love to have a flat tummy again.

Leigh, I'm worried about you!! Is everything okay?

Spryng how horrible about DH!! I would be totally freaked out!! And then to be treated like a criminal on top of it!!

Penny, Hows it goin girly?

Crystal sorry about the headaches! I get migraines a lot I take imitrex for them but they are so wicked expensive like 120 bucks for seven tablets. Anyway if I take the imitrex when I first feel the migraine coming on I can usually control it, and if not I just end up laying in bed with the a/c on and an ice pack over my eyes. Uggghhh they're bad!

Cheri, thanks so much for the links!! They are great!

Jill It was great chatting with you last night I hope you have a great day!!

Ok I'm off to spend some time with DH and kiddies.
Love to all
Michelle

Oh and Spryng our Wal-Mart is not a Super Wal-Mart either, I also have to go to the next town to get to it. I have never gone though cause it is like 45 min-hour away! They have been trying to put one in around here but Wal-Mart keeps getting protesters and stuff because they want to put them in places where the traffic is already bad and you know what kind of traffic Wal-Mart gets! Anyway I feel your pain!

Oh and one more thing, Penny: the 100 cal. packs come in chips ahoy, oreo, cheese nips and other flavors and they are like wafers that taste similiar to the original. They come in individual packages and are only 100 cal. They are pretty good which is why I ate 3 yesterday! Check them out!

Ok ladies! Sorry I couldn't get back here sooner... I've been on a roll!! LOL. Got all my laundry done... had to stand over the toilet when the washer drained to keep it from over flowing, that was fun, lol.

Ok, the makeup-- it's called maybelline dream matte mousse and the color I bought was sandy beige-medium 1 if that helps. But my face doesn't tan much either.. probably because the other foundation I used had an SPF 15 in it and I only let it tan for 10 min in the bed. I just don't want it to age faster than it needs to, lol, so I try to keep it covered.

Penny, I have those 100 cal snack packs too, the chocolate chip one and it's pretty tasty. 2 pts for the package. Have fun at walmart!!

Jill, it's nice to know I'm not the only one with a crappy town that won't put in a super center, lol. They've talked about it here too but nothing has happened yet.

Michelle, 5.3 lbs is awesome!! You must be so proud of yourself! You will be in one-derland before you know it! I agree with the stretched out stomachs from pregnancies... but it's so unfair! Why do some people have perfect abs AFTER giving birth?? Never makes sense, lol.

Julie, thanks so much for the plumbing info! Yeah, we figured we need to snake it... but I don't want to pay a plumber to do it. I just hope we can rent a snake somewhere tomorrow so DH can do it. That sundae would be hard for me to resist too! But you can work it off! Post more often, I miss you!

OK, I guess it's almost nap time... I'm getting ready to sweep and mop and then I'm done for today. I've been on the kids all morning to get their rooms cleaned up. THEY WILL clean them sometime today, but if I have to stay on them they don't get a star for it. So we'll see how that goes, lol. OK, TTYL!

So Penny, you message me then you ignore me? I see how it is! LOL
Those snack pack things are just cookies and cracker type things so if your not a sweet eater (you are crazy) I mean you probably wouldn't like them too much. They might have others that I havent seen though.

Jill,
Sorry My brother called again and I have callwave so I disconnected to talk to him.. I might just make a dollar store run today which is 2 mins away for my paper goods and then do walmart tomorrow when alot of people are working... sneaky I know

Ok my house needs some 5 min room rescues so i will check in later today

Talking

Ok last post from me I promise for a couple hours anyway....

My mom sent me this email and I usually don't forward crap but this one was tooo funny to pass up!

Recently, I was diagnosed with A. A. A. D. D. - Age
Activated Attention Deficit Disorder.

This is how it manifests:

I decide to wash my car.

As I start toward the garage, I notice that there is
mail on the hall table.

I decide to go through the mail before I wash the car.

I lay my car keys down on the table, put the junk mail
in the trash can under the table, and notice that the
trash can is full.

So, I decide to put the bills back on the table and
take out the trash first.

But then I think, since I'm going to be near the
mailbox when I take out the trash anyway, I may as
well pay the bills first.

I take my checkbook off the table, and see that there
is only one check left. My extra checks are in my desk
in the study, so I go to my desk where I find the can
of Coke that I had been drinking.

I'm going to look for my checks, but first I need to
push the Coke aside so that I don't accidentally knock
it over.

I see that the Coke is getting warm, and I decide I
should put it in the refrigerator to keep it cold.

As I head toward the kitchen with the coke a vase of
flowers on the counter catches my eye--they need to be
watered.

I set the Coke down on the counter, and I discover my
reading glasses that I've been searching for all
morning.

I decide I better put them back on my desk, but first
I'm going to water the flowers.

I set the glasses back down on the counter, fill a
container with water and suddenly I spot the TV
remote.

Someone left it on the kitchen table.

I realize that tonight when we go to watch TV, I will
be looking for the remote, but I won't remember that
it's on the kitchen table, so I decide to put it back
in the den where it belongs, but first I'll water the
flowers.

I splash some water on the flowers, but most of it
spills on the floor.

So, I set the remote back down on the table, get some
towels and wipe up the spill. Then I head down the
hall trying to remember what I was planning to do

At the end of the day: the car isn't washed, the bills
aren't paid, there is a warm can of Coke sitting on
the counter, the flowers aren't watered, there is
still only one check in my checkbook, I can't find the
remote, I can't find my glasses, and I don't remember
what I did with the car keys. Then when I try to
figure out why nothing got done today, I'm really
baffled because I know I was busy all day long, and
I'm really tired I realize this is a serious problem,
and I'll try to get some help for it, but first I'll
check my e-mail.

Ha!! Penny, that was too funny!!

Michelle- Congrats on your loss!!! Over 5 lbs!!!! Way to go Girl!!!

QOTD- I would have to agree with jbbm. I, too, have breastfed two babies, each for a year, and would go with a breastlift, although DH said I should go for an implant!!

JBBM- that sundae sounds absolutely DIVINE!!! Yummy!!
On our walk yesterday we walked past an ice cream place and they have nutella flavored ice cream. I told DH that my treat to myself when I reach 155 would be a cone of nutella ice cream!!

Jill- I hear ya about the 100 calorie packs. I bought one of each that they had at the commissary. I got the oreos, the chips ahoy, the cheese nips, and the wheat thins! They're pretty good and can see why you ate 3 of them!!

Gotta run and finish up the laundry and try to get my crunches in before I hit the hay. I'll try to check in before then. TTYL!!

Default Me, Again...

Spryng--I'll have to look into that make up. I have dry skin though, so I have to be careful with matte stuff or my face ends up looking all dry. KWIM Yes, I enjoy the walking because it's ME time. I can walk and not have to think about anything or worry about keeping tabs on the kiddos. Bliss I hope your plumbing problems are solved soon.

Michelle-- How cool are you? So do you get to be our MOM of the WEEK with that kind of weigh in or what??? Woo hoo...you go girl.

Penny--I.Love.Boiled.Peanuts. 'nuff said.

Kris--was it you that asked about pilates? I am actually enjoying it. Its so weird how you are not really doing much and yet you are sweating and you can feel it the next day. I'm going to do it for a month and then take measurments...I'm due to measure on the 17th of August so I'll report in with the results.

Ok--now I have to go tuck the boys in and exercise. More later, maybe

So I've been up for like 3 hours and have I gotten anything done...................no. Flylady would be so disappointed in me! LOL My husband is out riding his dirt bike so I haven't had any help with the baby so that's my excuse, we won't talk about how Spryng has 3 kids and her husband is on the road all the time and she still gets her work done Well she is finally down for a nap so I guess I will get off my butt and go take a shower and start cleaning. Hope you all are having a great on plan day!

It's me again! Miss me?? LOL (ok, someday I'll get over myself, lol)

Well my house is officially DONE!! Laundry caught up, kitchen swept and mopped... kids rooms are cleaned.. everything done. Now tomorrow when the new zone starts (which is the kitchen) I can focus on detailed cleaning just for 15 min and be done with it. Whew. I'm tired! LOL

Jill, flylady would not be dissapointed in you! Babysteps, remember?? I think she says it takes 3 weeks to make something a habit... so you have plenty of time to get it down. And let me tell you, I only get my work done because my DH IS on the road, lol! When he is home my house falls apart and I hate cleaning when he's here. So see? You have one up on me! lol

Cheri, I would recommend you use a good moistureizer before using that foundation then and it will go on smoothly and not dry your skin out after it's on. I feel the same way about pilates. I loved that it wasn't aerobic.. but warms you up and you sure feel it the next day. great for lower abs too!

Lori, sleep good!

Penny, that email was cute! On some days I can really relate to that! The nice thing about flylady is that she really discourages you from getting side tracked when doing a task, so it's helping me alot. But used to if I was cleaning off my desk or something it would take me hours because I would want to read every or find something I hadn't seen in awhile and I would stop and mess with it, lol. I'm better about it now. And so far the kids are not getting my cold. i think I got it from them! LOL. They were sick when I was gone with dh so I might have picked it up from them. But other than an occasional stuffy nose, I'm feeling 100% better.

Ok, dh said he'd be here around 3 pm so I'm off to grab a power nap! LOL. I know he'll keep me up half the night so I need some sleep I will try to post later but if not I'll talk to you all in the morning!
