Well So much for a lower impact work out! I ended up getting a much harder one...though I felt better doing it than usual. Yay for pools! and I also helped a friend move...that was a serious workout day.
So i think that comes to 3 points for yesterday...Don't think I made it on the water.
My sunny thought is from yesterday when I heard from a couple of old friends. I was worried about one...thinking he'd forgotten me somewhat but I got an e-mail from him yesterday saying how good of a friend he thought I was and that we should get together
I love being suprised like that. Have a good day all, wish me luck...I'm working on a midterm ...ick

I was the same and I did'nt realise until maybe a year ago that its because of our hormones
I use to feel nauseous and would eat to take the 'sick' feeling away. I could'nt understand why I had this sick hungry feeling and then I saw a program and this women doctor was explaining that that is what happens when you are premenopausal. It did'nt help but at least I felt better knowing that I did'nt have some dreaded illness
and have been online since 4am
will no doubt feel lousy later on
but what can you do? well, I could get up at a regular time every morning could'nt I
which is what I normally do but when you sleep as lousy as I do you tend to take the sleep when you can get it
