I just started visiting a nutriotionist last week. I had a scare the week before because my blood pressure went up to 160/123. I was in the hospital for two days waiting for it to drop. The thing is that I am supposed to drink my medicines everyday, and I just start doing it but after some weeks I stop.
There are not any symptoms, and I feel fine so I just forget to drink the pill!
Now, loosing weight is much more than just looking good... which I wan't! but it is also a health issue.
Today is my first week, but I need the energy/commitment to follow though!

. I have no idea how much water I had for the last few days. There was no real way to measure. BUT simply the fact that I made a sincere effort at drinking some while I was on a roade trip and not sticking solely to soda is an accomplishment so I think I can count those for day 15, 16, and today, 17.
