I'm off to have lunch with some girl friends today, so wish me lunch, i'm determined to keep it healthy! "fingers crossed"

*sneaks in and hopes no one notices she was gone* Hi y'all! Sorry to have disappeared, but I went on vacation and therefore had a busier day on the Friday before and didn't get to drop in and tell ya I'd be gone for a week...Forgive me?

I had a nice relaxing vacation in NH with my Tim... It was nice to be able to wake up with him there and not have to be rushing around getting ready for work and heading our seperate ways... It would have been better had TOM not decided to join us! I thought I was going to luck out and just have the slight period I had been having for a week and a half before we left, but I'm not that lucky.... Gahhh! (Sorry, that was probably TMI)

Now it is back to carefully counting my calories and going to the gym everyday!

I hope everyone had a lovely week, and I promise to do my share in keeping us on the front page again!

BTW, Congratulations on the 2# gone since I've been gone Shelley!! That is awesome! Keep it up!

Thanks Tulip! Let me tell you it was hard to get up knowing I had to get to work this morning... I really just wanted to stay home and spend the day with Tim again, but alas the "responsible adult side" of me won out and I am at work.... Isn't the first day back always the hardest?

oh i just hate the first day back to work after a holiday...must say though that i dont' see my responsible adult side much.....not even sure i have one it's been so long!!! lol

Oh boy today was just as slow! But that is because it is my baby's birthday and I can't wait to leave so I can get the gym out of the way and go take him out to dinner!

My parents and 4 month old niece are joining us... it should be good if I can get there on time! Got to rush to the gym and back to take a shower so I don' thave to go to dinner being smelly and/or sweaty! LOL

well luckily when i came in, we were still on the front page...so thanks for that Jenn!

I didn't realise i'd missed a day...I've worked for the past couple of days and have to work the weekend also so thought I'd pop in now otherwise i'll forget over the weekend!
My sister rang and ask me if i'd have her kids overnight.............in-between shifts.....ahhhhh...ok....of course i can no problems......after all your party is much more important than me getting any sleep!!!!!!!!!! No seriously, i don't really mind.....I love having them and her and her husband need to spend some time together, their off to a party with some very close friends!!!

Hope your all ok, it's very quiet around here...where are you HS??? I'll try to pop in over the weekend to keep us on the front page...looks like it's up to you and me Jenn...are you up for the challenge???

We'll I've done my work, did my babysitting, and now i'm shattered!!! I'm going to treat myself to a hot bubbly bath, with a chilled glass of Pinot Grigio...after all i feel as if i've earnt it!

Scales say the same, eating well, still no exersice done but haven't sat still for ages so i'm hoping that will count??!!

Well I'm getting a bit bored with talking to myself...

Sorry Tulip, it been a busier weekend then I've been expecting! I thought I get in here yesterday to share my news with you... but guess I was wrong, sorry! Here it is though.....

Weight: 185#/-13#/-35.5#
Body Fat%: 27.6%/-5.9%/-6.5%

* Keep in mind the measure is a single thigh/arm and the loss is the total for both

I am sooo excited! I have met my August 1st goal about 2 weeks ahead of schedule! Nantucket here I come! Woohoo!

Where is everyone? Did they get to take a summer long vacation and forget to tell us?

I'll try to keep us on the front page. Right now I'm going to use my lunch break to look up stuff for my day trip to Nantucket

I'll do my bit to keep us on the front page but i must warn you i'm on holiday from sunday for two weeks, so if there not back by then , 'fraid your talking to yourself girl!!!

So what is Nantucket??? obviously a reward to yourself for all your hard work, but where/what/why?? tell me about it? You have me intreagued!

Weighed myself again this morning and still no change.....hmmmmm not too bothered at the moment as long as it's not going up i'll stick with it.

One good thing tho- i was in Asda (UK supermarket which has just been taken over by Walmart!) and they have started to sell Atkins stuff, chocolate advantage bars etc...pretty cool, it takes us soooo long to get stuff like that over here...! so i might be tempted to try something...especially the excel (?)stuff for people who have reached a plateau...has anybody tried it? (he he look at me, asking people for advice - there's only you and me Jenn) so let me rephrase that...Jenn have you heard of this excell stuff???

Well that's it from me for today, it's sunny here so i'm off to read my book in the garden!

I'm sorry Tulip, but I haven't tried any of the Excel stuff.... I don't by much of the "diet specific" foods (WW, Slim Fast Atkins, etc.)

Nantucket is an island off the coast of Massachusetts (which is where I live) and my grandmother's family lives there for the most part and I have never been out there (unless you count as an infant, which I don't) so Tim and I are going out there by ferry for the day on the 31st (weather permitting). We are just going to walk around and probably do a little shopping, maybe go to the beach....more than anything I just want to be able to say I've been and be able to have a picutre to go with my grandmother's stories.

Well my scales were nice to me this morning, i'm down 1lb!! which isn't a lot but it's better than nothing.
