I'm back from my sisters. Hi to everyone.
Lisa, I think dancing is a WONDERFUL source of exercise. They always tell you to choose something that you love so you don't get bored and I say if that's what you love, go with it.
Leigh, how is your day going? Yes if you need anything between Watkins and AVON, I'm bound to have it. Just ask.
Spryng, I'm so glad you are liking crocheting. That is a wonderful hobby to enjoy.
Well, I've got a headache today and a slight case of queasiness but it could be worse. I've got a roast in the crock pot, I'll add my veggies to it later, that's what I'll have.
Well, I've got AVON stuff to take care of online, so I'll check in later.

Leigh - I loovveee that dress!!! I think you'll look wonderful in it!

Crystal- Sounds like you are having a good day!! I hope it continues!

Spryng - I think its absolutely wonderful that you and SIL are getting out together! I'm so happy for you this is exactly what you've been needing IMHO.

Penny - I miss youuuuu!!

Geri - How are those 2 cutie pies of yours? Summertimes are wicked busy for you obviously but I can't wait to see more posts from you!! I always love hearing about "The adventures of Will, Tony, and super mom Geri!"

Lisa - That is great that you love your dancing!! I am starting something like that. There is a group in Massachussetts that does "punk rock aerobics" which caters to people with more of an alternative lifestyle and that used to be me lol I'm a big punk fan, always have been! Anyway so I made CD's with punk music on them and I go mosh out in my basement!! It is just a blast!!

Well I need to get ready for my 4 hour work shift lol. Talk to you all later tonight.

hiya everyone,
Just checking in to see what everyone is up to. I took the kids to McDonalds. they wanted Happy Meals so they could get a NeoPet toy lol. I was good, lol, I actually didnt order anything for myself. Instead, I came home and now I am happily eating a Lean Turkey on Whole Wheat sandwich along with grapes and a large glass of water. I think I am getting addicted to grapes lol. I love em'.

Yesterday, I was trying to remember all the different foods I used to eat the last time I lost all the weight and I remembered that I would snack on Beef Jerky. It's really, really low in fat and calories, has very little amounts of carbs and is a excellent source of protein. The sodium is a little on the high side but that's ok.
I went yesterday and bought some of the 4oz bags of *Pemmican Hickory Smoked Natural Style Beef Jerky*

Here are the nutritional Facts..

Anyways, this is going to be one of my snacks when I get the munchies lol.
well, I hope your all enjoying the day. I am going to go over to my MIL and feed CodyBear (my 8 year old Retriever mix) and then relax for a while.

Hi all. Crystal, dinner sounds good. I hope you feel better as the night progresses.

Michelle - thank you Your dance tape saounds good . . . hope you have fun at work.

Lisa - glad you were strong at McDonalds! It's very hard for me to be, so I usually save up flexpoints for that. Although this week I'm saving for Father's Day dinner.

    Hi Ladies!

Leigh, I love the dress, and it sounds like it will be perfect. Showing off your newer slimmer waist, while hiding things you are still working on. Perfect choice! I love the idea of buying a little treat for yourself to celebrate the losses. For me, I'll be treating myself to a massage.

Lori, welcome back. I'm Diane, mommy to Logan and Ethan (twins) they are going to be 2 years old on July 26th. I'm currently doing a combo of Weight Watchers with South Beach Flair.

Sorry this is going to be a "fly-by" alla Geri, LOL I'm doing ok, still struggling a bit to work out my way of eating. I'm not sure why I'm struggling right now, but I'm determined to figure it out and start losing weight again.

As for Father's day stuff, I've been working on, I bought Steve an Oak Fishing Pole holder (holds 7 rods) really nice, but it shipped in peices and I had a heck of a time putting it together. Also an interesting picture holder that is a fishing pole with little frames dangling along the pole. I've been working on the pictures for that. I'm also making him a desk lamp for his office/fishing room that has little fishing lures etc... dangling from the lamp shade. I just finished ordering a special ice cream cake for him and printing up a Father's Day Menu which has all the meals for the day. I'm making him Beef Wellington for dinner. So yeah, i'm going a little nuts this year for some reason, but he deserves it. He went nuts for me on Mom's day so turn about is fair play.

Sorry this has been so one-sided, but I didn't want you to think I vanished into thin air. I'm still plugging along and i'll try and check in again later this evening. Take care everyone!

Well, I thought I'd check in one last time. Me and the kids worked out in the garden a bit after dinner. Had a popsicle and then came in for bathtime.
Hopefully they'll be getting in bed in half an hour or so.
Hope everyone had a nice dinner and has a great evening.

How do you tell if someone is on-line?

It was a long day at work. Dh had to go out of town this afternoon, so he will be home late. I have had the computer to myself all evening. It is nice, but I miss having him here to nag about being on the computer.

Penny - Did you eating increase or decrease? I think I am less hungry since weaning. Funny thing is I bought new bras on Sunday and when I wore it today it was falling off. Sports bra actually feel the best right now, bc they are so snug. I am not looking forward to the aftermath of nursing. JW and I are doing great! Each stage gets better and better.

Leigh - Good for you on your scrapbooking area. Our study is still clean. I have actually been throwing out the mail before dh gets home. I debate whether to start scrapbooking all the time. Unfinished projects stress me out too much.

Geri - The bike has not actually come in, it should be here in a week. I am looking forward to the rides. I need to get JW a helmet, he will hate wearing it. I got the bike trailer as a gift, but am worried that it is so low to the ground that no one will see him. It has a big flag though. I might check the carriers for the back on ebay. Are TOPS everywhere? How do you find out about the ones in your area.

Spryng - I hope everything is all right.

Crystal - Do Avon and Watkins sell the same products? Do you think you are having a girl? I have heard morning sickness is for a girl. I didn't have any.

Well, I am waiting for dh to come home. I am so hungry right now, but it is really too late and I don't have anything prepared.

MOMs club at the park tomorrow, that is if it does not rain again. I will probably do my 2nd weigh in on Fri. Seems like a popular day.

    Spryng,
Is everything ok??? I sure hope so! Email me if you need anything! You know I am here for you!

    Melinda,
The little egg at the bottom left hand corner of your post will be lit up with the yellow yolk if someone is online. *unless they have themself set to invisible*
My eating decreased alot after weaning! Enjoy JW! I know he is growing fast! Have fun at MOMS Club and I wish you a wonderful weigh in Friday!

    Di,
Let us know if there is anything we can do for you with your eating. I know I was having problems awhile back. But then I figured out the longer I stay off plan the longer it will take to get to goal. Hope you are doing ok

    Nags,
Hope you did do some dancing. You know dancing burns cals too

    Crystal,
Hope you are feeling better this evening.

    Welcome back LORI!!!

    Michelle,
I miss you too!!! We need to set up a night to chat!!!!

    Geri,
The meal thing is the coolest thing I have ever heard of. What supermarket is that at???

    Leigh,
I love the dress. Is it a catalog order or are you going to be able to try it on. Are you going for the 10??

I am doing ok. I am soaking my feet actually. From all the flipflops, my heel are cracking bad. I am using the Avon Foot Works Double Foot Soak and the Avon Cracked Heal Cream. It really works good.

Anyhow, I helped my mom unpack again today and went to Lowe's and bought Hubby's Stainless Steel BBQ. Ssshhhhh.... Don't tell him.

Hope everyone has a wonderful night! I will talk to you tomorrow!

    Hello all,

Dh was on the computer so I'm late again. Plus I was snuggling up with Will while watching PBS kids (Jay Jay the Jet Plane and Tellitubbies...I just don't get that Tellitubbies show but the boys love it!) and almost fell asleep.
Popped over to the chat but no one was there...probably good...must get some sleep tonight. Tomorrow I HAVE to get the rest of the garage sale stuff ready for Friday.

Lisa...dancing is EXCELLENT exercise...and stop talking about not posting anymore ! No one's going to drive you out of here . Congrats for the McDonalds run. I have found I can live without it too.

Melinda, go to TOPS.org (I think ) They should have a locator there. I think if you're online your egg is lit up on the bottom of your posts...but I'm not completely sure of that either.

Di...wow, you guys do lots for Father's/Mother's day. Have a great one!

Spryng...hope all is OK! You sounded like there was some trouble..you can always call me you know! On the meal deals, no the meat is not overpriced. I don't know how they can afford that....but I'll take it! I did finish up the corn bread today It was way too good.

Crystal, how's the garden coming along? Mom's got 3 tomatoes, the radishes are almost gone and the beans have flowers here. This is going to be a long trimester for you if you don't start feeling good! Were you sick with the others or is this one completely different for you?

Leigh, I love the dress and think it will look fabulous on you. Where are you going to be in Wisconsin?? Come see me!

Michelle, if you could hear me yelling at my kids all day somedays you wouldn't be calling me super Mom!! I'd be on line more if this darn computer was upstairs!! I did a 3 mi walk this morning and then this evening I took the boys for a bikeride in the trailer thing Melinda was talking about...helmets? Oooops! We don't have them yet but out subdivision is really very quiet. See Michelle..no helmets...not a good Mommy! Anyway I worked up quite the sweat.

OK, hi to Penny, Ginny, Ricci...I'm sure I left out someone . Hi to all of you. I don't know how much I'll get on the next few days due to the garage sale and all. I'll try to post nightly anyway. Take care ladies!!

Ok I am back! lol. Sorry about the other post. I was frantic about my phone. We only have a cell phone, I don't have a normal home phone, and dh tried calling me tonight and when I went to answer it it locked up on me. Nothing worked. He kept calling and calling because he was getting worried and I was panicing. I had to take the battery out to get it to turn off and when I put it back in it still wouldn't work but he kept calling. So I was needing someone to call him for me to let him know my phone was dead and not to send the police out to check on me! lol He can really worry sometimes, which is a good thing. But right after I posted that message I left the battery out for 10 min solid and when I put it back it Voila! it worked. So I was able to call him and assure him I was fine. Which was good because he was so upset thinking something had happened to me. I guess I need to take my phone in to be checked out. This is the second time this has happened to me. The first time it started working again as soon as I took the battery out and put it back in, but tonight it was stubborn. But anyway... I am fine now. Geri I know I can call you!! lol but my phone was the problem Thank god for the internet and for all of you or I wouldn't have known what to do if the phone didn't ever come back on. But I knew I could count on one of you to help me out.
Well my day has been LONG. I really like my SIL but I need a day off from her! lol. Well not her, but her kids. She said something about coming over tomorrow too, I just hope she waits until after nap time because I am worn out. I need some down time. Dinner tonight was fantastic! Leigh, those honey pecan pork cutlets were sooo tender and good. I'm going to make them for my FIL this weekend because he loves pecans too. But it was delicious. A little high in pts (11 pts for one serving) but I saved enough for dinner. It was worth every pt to me. So thanks for sending me that recipe!
Well, I wish I had more time to get personal but my bed is calling me! I promise to post more tomorrow! G'nite!
