Well, I weighed in on Sunday and my weight was down about 4 lbs, but I knew it was because my eating Saturday was very sporatic. So I weighed this morning and I am right back up to 132, so no loss again!

When I weighed yesterday I was up one pound from where I started, so now I guess I need to lose FIVE pounds instead of four

+1/5/5

WTG, Debbie!! I am not logging my weight this week because it's TOM and I know I gained 1 lb. from it.

Well here we go again. Still not losing.. more like gaining. I am afraid to step on the scales. But since I have very few clothes I can get into, I MUST stay OP or go naked!!! I know that no one wants to see that so here we go.......

Day 1!!!

June 28-131 lb. Down 1. I shouldn't even count it, since it will probably go back up tomorrow, but what the heck!

Yes. Shelley you should count that 1 lb. All of them count!!!

I have been doing great so far today. If I can make it through tonight without that sugar monster attacking me, I will be over the first of many humps.... But I really feel determined this time... so cross those finger and toes... and legs... and any other body part you can... Lets keep OP ONE DAY AT A TIME!!

Carol-How did you do yesterday? I have to admit, I ate too much. I think I am feeling sorry for myself because of my back hurting and not being able to finish my decorating at the pace that I want to.

Obviously, since I've come nowhere near meeting my goal on the June exercise thread, I'm not meeting this one, either.

Guess I'll have to post on the Labor Day Challenge thread when it opens

Congrats to all of you who have actually stuck to your guns and met your challenges--and congrats to those of you who have even just TRIED--which is more than I did!!
