s!!!! Portion control, yea, Sword Bearer, and in addition CALORIE CONTROL be my watchword today! I haven't exercised yet as I needed to do two deadline stories but WILL exercise sometime and am challenging myself to a 1600ish kind of calorie day to get that nasty ol' weekly average back in line!!!

Looks like you just grazed a bit at the salad bar but I'd bet the whole day doesn't add up to too many calories and you're satisfied and enjoyed it and thy metabolism's probably the better for it. Man, if I'd been at that salad bar, I wouldn't have done so well. I think thou deserveth a medal!
