Week end...not bad but a blur....scale was going in the right direction, but after lunch out...what a spread, simple lunch at someone's home..HUH...and dinner at my MOM's...which was everybody bring a dish, and we barbequed steak (which I had) and ribs (which I didn't), and small desserts at both functions...I DID NOT get on the
scale this am.Monday

w/5% cream3/4 c crispex cereal
1/2 c 1% milk
1/2 c cole slaw (homemade by my Mom)
2 C greek type salad
1/4 c peas
1/2 c pasta
4 oz chicken
marmalade/barbecue juice 1/3 c
1/2 c cole slaw
500 ml water...so far
Have choral rehearsal so will be busy this eve...perfect for NOT eating!!!
Will drink instead
water that is!No exercise...but lots of laundry and odds and ends done!

s!!!! Portion control, yea, Sword Bearer, and in addition CALORIE CONTROL be my watchword today! I haven't exercised yet as I needed to do two deadline stories but WILL exercise sometime and am challenging myself to a 1600ish kind of calorie day to get that nasty ol' weekly average back in line!!!
