This is how I've felt since 10 a.m. this morning. I hate migraines. I just read in a magazine that you can sometimes nip them in the bud by drinking two giant glasses of water. Wish I'd read that BEFORE I got the headache.

I found the info on water and headaches again. It says at the first sign of a headache you need to drink 3 12-ounce (lord have mercy!) glasses of water. Some (but not all) people have found that their symptoms then either lessen or go away completely within 5 to 10 minutes. Interesting. Some doctor at the Headache Clinic at the London Health Sciences Centre in Ontario found this out and we all know how smart those Canadians are. I know I always feel better when I drink two big glasses of water first thing in the morning but sometimes I forget because I'm a dingbat.

Weight gain continues. This BETTER be muscle because I swear I'm not eating more than usual.

Must go to library and teach my mother tongue to other people's kids. Talk about a headache. Don't children know how to behave these days?
