So do you do all this at a gym? Or do you have the equiptment at home?? Unfortunately I can't afford a gym :( I'll have to look into what it costs to use the gym at my college, but I think it's even $20/month! (GrRrR!)
|
I haven't been here in a few days, have I? I have just been so busy! Just a month until school starts now and I'm trying to get everything taken care of as far as day care, parking permit, etc. I'm a little annoyed that my weight loss seems to have slowed down. I was hoping I'd be one of those people who'd melt the pounds off in months. It doesn't seem that that is the case for me. As long as it comes off eventually and doesn't STOP coming off until I want it to!
I picked up the new People magazine at the store today because it was the "half their size" one about people who have lost large amounts of weight. There is a woman in there who is 6 feet tall just like me, and went from 260-ish to 150. She's a size 8 now! I'd love to be a size 8. I'm not changing my goal, but it's exciting to know that when I get to 165 I may be down to a 10 (I was guessing 12). That's really a thrill. I'm an 18 now. I was a 22 when I started this. My biggest success is that according to my BMI I am now "overweight" instead of "obese". That's a pretty big thrill, too. Caro30, don't you feel awesome? I see you're down to 213 now. Way to go! You should be really proud of yourself. I'm sorry for being MIA. I've just been so busy! I start back to school next month and I've been running around like crazy getting daycare finalized, taking care of financial aid stuff, etcetera. I've been really busy. Susie, do you use a video for yoga? I'd like to buy one or even just borrow one from the library but I don't know where to start. I would LOVE to regain some flexibility and yoga seems to be a good way to do that. Debbie, where in Texas? I have family in west Texas near the coast and they hate the hot humid summers. It's hot here, too, but "it's a dry heat" so that makes it better. I know it's hard to make that effort when it's so hot outside. Hollyhock, sorry you were up a couple pounds. It's got to be from the sodium. Hope those pounds come right back off pretty quick. Thank you for the encouragement. I had a little feeding frenzy on Wednesday, unfortunately. I need to just keep chocolate out of my house completely because I get that craving and can't resist. If it wasn't here, I wouldn't have eaten it. Oh well, onward and downward ;) right? Welcome, Jaque! I'm glad your first week went so well. 3 pounds in a week is great. Please stick around, this place is wonderful to keep you motivated. Our apartment complex has a wonderful gym/exercise room available to us, so that's where I go. I'm also a college student and I plan to use the (fabulous) student health center when I start back to school next month. You should definitely look into it at your campus. Most colleges, it's free if you're a student. I know that's the case at the college where I started out, and at the one I go to now. I hope that it'll be easier to fit my exercise in once I've got my kids in day care part time. I can just go right after classes before heading over to pick them up. I do an hour to two hours most times that I go, and I'm trying to get to the gym 5-6 times per week. I haven't gone in 2 days but I'm going as soon as my husband gets home from work tonight. Annie, I'm sorry about your car accident. I'm glad that you're okay. That's what matters most. I hope to see you here more as you get back on track. It's nice to "meet" you. So what happens to us and this thread when we're all under 199? Does it turn into "Race to our goal weight" or can we just keep posting here, or do we need to find somewhere else? |
Jacque- No gym here. All in my living room. It cost me less than $25 for a stabilty ball and some resistance bands, and I get dozens of exercises from them. I have some 5 and 7 pound dumbells, eventually I`ll go up higher but right now it`s all been working great. I had the step bench and dvd from months ago, never used it til now. That was around $25 also. I got bored with the DVD so I started doing a Firm tape with it that adds the weights, and I love it. I`ve bought a few other DVD`s and thats pretty much it. I had bought the elliptical back in April but my husband was trying to sell it because it was never used! I got it for $150 and it`s now down to $120, not a bad deal. I know I`ll upgrade if I keep it up, I`d like to get a really nice one probably the end of the year, but I`m sure getting my money out of this one.
Gray- It`s coming off fast only because it`s the first few weeks... it`ll slow down soon and I`m trying to prepare (mentally). I DON`T want to lose it too fast, so if it keeps up at this rate I`m going to up my calories a little. It sounds very strange to hear myself say that. Don`t apologize for being busy, we all go through it. Just don`t forget to take care of yourself when things get stressful! And thanks, I do feel kinda proud! :) |
I have a stability ball and 5 pound weights... maybe I'll look into some resistance bands :)
Today I walked for an hour... 4 miles :D |
Hi all!
I just found this website, and this thread, and would love to join the "race" to 199! It's been awhile since I seen that number. Probably before I got pg with my son. The summer before I got pg I went on a diet and lost 30 pounds. It was great!, but then I got pg and gained 50, and have yet to lose it all. I kind of started dieting again in Feb, my starting weight was 242, and I'm at 233 right now. However in that time my husband and I seperated, and are now going through a divorce. Everything will be finalized in 4 months. Soooo, as you can imagine I haven't been completely focused on losing weight, but that is all about to change. I'm ready to focus on finding a new me. And that includes shedding these unwanted pounds!!! My ultimate goal is 150 - the weight I was before I got pg with my daughter 6 years ago! Hopefully I can find support here and work my way to a healthier me! I'm looking forward to getting to know all of you. |
Welcome dkkrf! I'm still new, but I'm sure you'll fit right in here :) Congrats on a 9 pound loss!! But I am sorry about your current situation :( I know that can be horrible on diet plans :P But you've got all the support you need here!!
|
Welcome, dkkrf! Sounds like it`s time for you to focus on YOU!! Sorry about the divorce, I`ve been with my husband for 11 years and we`ve seperated twice, it was tough. A couple months the first time, and a few weeks just last year. Both times I dropped weight fast in VERY unhealthy manners, only to gain it right back and then an extra ten or twenty. Not good.
I wish you lots of luck with your weight loss, and lots of strength to get through the the tough times. There is so much support on the site, and TONS of information to help you succeed at losing weight and just all around feel better. :) Jacque- See, there ya go! Great job on the walk! Thats all it takes, get up and get moving. Exercise doesn`t have to be about expensive machines and costly gyms, or doing things you absolutely hate. Just move. I had a friend years ago who lost 50 pounds in a few months, all the exercise she did was turn on the music and dance in her living room for a half hour a day. ;) |
oooo! Dancing in the living room :) That would be a blast!! Perhaps I'll have to do that some day when I'm all alone ;) (My hubby would die of laughter if I did that while he was here!)
Today's going to be a long day :( I work 9 hours... 9 miserable hours in retail! These days are my worst, when I usually go off plan! But I've got a snack for every 2 hours to munch, and a nice big salad with chicken breast for lunch!! (I put my calories into fitday in advance, hopefully another deterant to just binge out, and I'm only at 300 calories not including lunch!! So breakfast and 4 snacks = 300 calories :D ) My biggest problem is usually dinner... $$ is an issue and we just can't afford to go out and buy tons of food right now! (We've lived off pasta, rice and lettuce for 2 months now...) Thank goodness my husband refuses to be a mac n cheese/ramen type of couple!! That way I can at least pick, choose and try to stay healthy! |
I weighed in today - 214! Only one more pound until I can change my avatar again. Most importantly, I have LESS than 50 pounds to lose now. 49 pounds to go, and I only have to lose 8 more pounds to be halfway to my goal! I wish I was seeing more of a difference in my appearance :( I don't think I LOOK like I've lost 34 pounds. My husband says that I look really different, which is nice. I just wish I could see it myself.
Caro, it seems like most people lose really fast at first. I bet you'll level off. 2 1/2 months in, I definitely have. dkkrf, welcome. I ended up in this boat largely because of pregnancy, too. I'm less than 5 pounds from being rid of the pregnancy weight now from my 2 kids, so it CAN be done. I'm sorry to hear that you're dealing with a divorce. I imagine that has to be very stressful. Take excellent care of yourself, it's very important. I'm glad you joined in here. Jaque, we're on a very strict budget as well, and I've found our Sam's Club membership to be really helpful in eating healthy. We originally got it just to save money on diapers, but it has paid for itself in food savings several times over now. They have all kinds of fruits and veggies, in HUGE packages, for very cheap. We also eat a lot of fish, which is very cheap if you buy it frozen in bulk. It saves us a lot of money. It might be worth looking into for you and your husband. The membership is around $30 a year and as I said, ours has paid for itself several times over already. |
Hello Everyone,
I didn't make it here yesterday. But I did something very good for myself. I played hookey from work! I NEVER do that! I just felt like I needed a day to myself, so I took it. I ended up buying a Yoga mat. I priced them at Dicks, online and also at Meijer. I found one by GAIAM at Meijer for $29.99 It had a Yoga ab video with it. I'm going to check it out. I can't remember who asked me in one of their posts if I did Yoga tapes or a class. I just started all this last week. I went to a class at our local YMCA, which I'm a memeber of and it just made me feel so good. A lady there loaned me one of her tapes to try out so I could do somehthing between that class and the next one. The tape she lent to me is a GAIM dvd and it's called YOGA conditioning for Weigh Loss. I really like the video. There are different levels and segments you can choose from. I've just been doing one segment of it every morning called Body and Beathe awareness. Today I did the whole dvd because I had time. I would recommend any of the GAIAM dvds. I found the one that my friend loaned me at Walmart and bought my own copy today. It cost me $10.00. I know that GAIM has a website, you can check out. I didn't have my TOPS meeting this week. It was cancelled. I was so looking forward to weighing in. (I can't believe I was looking forward to that! :p ) Well, it just means I need to stay on track and show a big loss at this weeks weighin. Last week I walked every day but Friday and I did my weight training, plus the Yoga and I did my ab work everyday. I think this week I'm going to add 20 squats to my daily workouts. Everyone is doing great. Even if you aren't making progress right now, just showing up here is "doing great", because it means you haven't quit! Let's do this ladies! Susie |
I love Sam's Club... but I never thought of buying veggies there! (of course when I shopped there a lot, I wasn't eating lots of veggies like I am now...)
|
Good morning everyone,
WOW! I thought I was at the wrong place. WELCOME...I'm so thrilled to see so many newbies. Just a refresher for everyone new. I'm a 50 yo grandmother. With an extra 109 lbs. I am focusing on moving more and portion control. I try to make curves 3x a week but lately thats been tough. This is a wonderful place for support. I try to post daily, but I work wed thru fri and miss some then. I've been doing better on my food but fall way short on exercise. Holly: HI! My busy friend. :) Annie: I'm so glad your ok. (((HUG))) I was worried about you. We had several people disappear at once. We haven't heard from Sandi, Spores or judy. ??? Hope they are well. Susie: You sound so up, and focused. :) You go girl... I'll have to finish personals later. I have to go 50 miles to a baby shower that I haven't shopped for yet. It's tough being so disorganized. EVERYONE HAVE A BLESSED DAY |

Jaque, you should definitely check out the food and produce sections if you've already got a Sam's membership. They have some awesome deals. My only complaint is the free samples, because they're HUGE and always very tasty. I have a hard time resisting, so I usually go first thing on a weekday morning when they don't have samples ;). Debbie, have fun at the baby shower. I struggle to stay organized too. I'm just such a packrat. I was SO mad at myself yesterday. I don't know if any of you have a Sonic restaurant in your area, but the ones here have had the Cookie Dough Blast again. I resisted for almost 3 weeks and finally yesterday I looked up the nutritional information and budgeted one into my diet. But when I went to enter it in, I'd read the nutritional info wrong. I thought that it was 380 calories, but that's the weight. 750 calories! Ick. I still stayed below 1800 because I figured that out before dinner and compensated, but I wasn't as low as I wanted to be. What a dumb mistake! At least I have no interest in EVER having one of those again. They're good, but they're not 750 calories good. Does anyone else find that as you pay attention to what's really in your favorite foods, some of them become FORMER favorite foods? They're just not worth the calories and fat. Yuck. |
gray eyed girl, ((HUGS)) I totally feel your frustration!! My lunch today was 800 calories!! And I thought I was taking the healthy route... GrRrRr!
I weighed in today and lost 3 pounds!! YaY!!! |
Legalllybrunette - thanks to the welcome - I'm hoping to find the support and confidence I need again.
Caro - thanks too! I am ready to start focusing on me now. Start feeling good about myself again - it's been a very long time since I have. gray_eyed girl - congrats on the 34 pound loss! How exciting! Keep up the good work! that is awful that one ice cream can be 750 calories!! It certainly doesn't seem worth it does it? Thanks so much for the welcome and the support already. I need something like this to help keep me focused. The one time I was actually successful on a diet, I had joined e-diets and lost 30 pounds in 3 months. Of course that was before I got pg with my son. And I know it was because of the support I got there. Well, I can't afford e-diets these days, so I was so excited when a friend told me about this site. I hope that I can find a way to navigate around here a little easier though - took me forever to find this board again! I'm looking forward to losing with all of you. Talk to you soon. Kelly |
Jaque, congratulations on the 3 pounds! That's wonderful.
Kelly, this forum MOVES, doesn't it? If you go up to the top of this page, right above the first post there's a little menu tab that says "thread tools". If you click that and then choose "subscribe to this thread" then you can find it easily by going to your User CP - it's listed right there. I am subscribed to this thread, just so I can find it! You can set it not to recieve emails, so it's basically just bookmarked for easy locating later on. |
Good Morning Ladies........
Thank you all for the warm wishes from my accident. The support from here is just awesome, and not always weight related. You are all the best ever! Caro - you sound like an exercise machine, way to go. Keep up the good work. Gray Eyed Girl - Very nice to meet you also. Congrats on the wonderful loss, only half way to go....YOU ROCK. Dkkrf - welcome to the club! I have actually been here, off and on for not quite a year. This is such an great group, you will love it here. Legally Brunette - 3 lbs loss, that is marvelous. Keep on truckin'. Holly - thank you for your kind words, you always make me feel so much better. Susie - A day off to yourself sounds wonderful. Hope you truly enjoyed it! Hello to everyone I may of missed, not intentional.... Tonight I am joining weight watchers. I have done great for the past week, and am now ready to take the weight watchers plunge. I hope to get to my goal then become a WW leader. I feel like there is a main goal and the end of weight loss by becoming a leader and helping me to keep my weight down at the same time. I am very excited about joining, which is a major switch for me. I have about 80 pounds to lose, but feel I can do this. At home, I weight in at 262.5 which is down about 2lbs since last week. Probably due to the fact I worked out in 95 degree, high humidity 95% weather yesterday laying a stone walk down the side of the driveway. SHuweee,,,sweated like an oinker. Anyway, I plan on posting every other day, if not every day, depending on my work load here. I don't have a computer at home, so no weekend posts. Hugs to all Annie |
Welcome to the new chicks. I will update too. Good idea Deb! Jody has been MIA too.
I am turning 40 this Thursday. I am a married SAHM with 2 kids. I babysit fulltime, sell Avon and well ,never really stop... I am losing baby weight too. My son is 6, daughter is 4. I was up to 243 and have lost 18 lbs but it has taken 2 long, slow years. It is staying off tho.My pre preg weight was 190. That is my eventual goal. And then it is over....... Gala Days had it’s official closing ceremony at 8:30pm last night. I am exhausted and still dirty. I was too tired to even take a bath. The weekend was a resounding success. ALL the events went well. There were some major mishaps but I must say our committee absolutely rocks. We pulled together and pulled through with class. My Avon booth did very well. I booked some orders but better yet handed out over 70 books and talked to a couple of hundred. I would say the county knows where to find Avon now!! I was at the Park from early in the morning to till 2am the next morning and back again 6 hours later. What a huge endeavour. We have 25 different events all weekend long and about 10 committee members running it. Quite amazing really. I am proud to be a part of it. Food was minimal. Water was plentiful. It was over 30C every day with thunder showers off and on. No rain for 4 weeks. It poured several times over the weekend but only put a minor damper on things. Farmers are happy. My yard is happy. I was rain soaked or sweating my *** off all weekend. Hopefully we will have a quiet day today.6 kids. Must get groceries. All I have to offer for any meal are pb&j sandwiches. Hubby is laid off this week til next Mon. He says he will build the front deck. I have had the $$ in the bank for 2 years.I picked up the permit and will drop it off today. He needs to order lumber and then dig post holes. It is just sooooo hot. I must say that in the week I turn 40 that 3 days with no sleep does show. My eyes are beyond baggy. 10 years ago it would not have showed. Other than that the big 4-0 seems effortless. LOL!! Hugs dear chicks!! It is a new week and a new day!!!! |
Annie, good luck at weight watchers!! I tried to join once, but I couldn't justify the money! So I followed it shortly at home on my own and was pretty successful!! So I wish you the best of luck :) The support system is great to have!
|
Hi, everybody! I almost have my life back....today was my first day at my new job. I'll be busy, but not crazed, and I have my own office again, so I can check in here briefly without people peering at my screen all day. I'll be leaving town for over a week soon, but by August 1 I plan to be a regular visitor again. Thanks for bearing with me!
Thre are too many post for me to catch up with. So I'll send a blanket cheer to all of you for being here and cheering the rest of us on. I feel like I have such a long way to go...but whenever I think of where I was (and how I felt) last winter, I am grateful for progress, no matter how slow. This has been a difficult year, but the transitions are nearly over (I hope!), and I know that the momentum will pick up again. I appreciate your support in getting this far. hugs--judy |
Judy~HI!! I hear about being grateful for the progress no matter how slow.Congrats on the job change and settling in!!! Cant wait to hear more.
Annie~hugs. 28 Days, the movie with Sandra Bullock and Viggo Mortenson was on tv last night.A fav. I curled up with a blanket to watch. This movie is is like watching clips of my life. When she starts to recover and her sister comes to visit I sob and sob. I do find it uplifting and heart wrenching all at once. And she cracks me. Hey, I crack myself up sometimes too. Maybe I should watch it every year to remind myself of far I have come. I did eat some pistachios and it was after my blubberfest. hmmmmmmmm It did fill the emotional ache in my heart. My Avon district manager is really pushing me to be a team leader. Today she is coming with the regional manager to talk about me going into managment. I dont want to. They keep telling me I am too good to waste just on personal sales. Um...maybe in 2 years. I can see it heading that way but i have only been doing this 6 weeks. AND I really hate working with other people. I am am okay with being the boss usually but I work best independantly. Hubby is the same. Couple of rebels. I ate too much yesterday. Started my period too.Still tired but had a good sleep last night. Got the building permit yesterday. DH ordered the lumber. It is being delivered today.I may have a deck in 2 days!!!!!!!!!! 5 year with no front porch. It will be so nice to sit out there and watch the cars go by. Today’s chuckle..... Good Morning Awesome Ladies....
Thought I would check in and let you know, yes, I finally joined weight watchers last night and am pretty jammed about it. Walked in and there was a lady I work with at Kohl's there. What luck! Actually she is my manager of customer services, brownie points, hehe. ANYWAY, she had a coupon, if a friend joins, the registration fee is free and she gets 1/2 off of her next meeting. SO what could of cost 34 dollars last night, only cost me the meeting fee of 12. I am going to do the points instead of the core. I think I can work that into my lifestyle better. Now I need to get some movement on this body. Hi Judy, good to see you here. The best to you on your new job. Congrats. Legally B...Thanks for the good wishes on my WW journey. I feel really good about it right now, hoped to stay jammed! Hi ya Holly.... Hello to everyone! Have a simply marvelous day!!! Hugs Annie |
Oh Holly, hahahahahah, great one!!
|
I saw this on the WW sight, what a cool idea.
"One woman shared that when she first started she had a picture of herself taken every WI day for 27 weeks--one photo each week on a disposable camera. (Most disposable cameras have 27 pictures.) After 27 weeks she developed the whole roll and could really see the progress. You could even bring the camera in after say 16 weeks and see remarkable changes." |
Hi Annie, your egg is lit!!!!
|
Hello all.....
Back from Vacay again!!!! Had a great time with the BF in Myrtle Beach..but jeez it was hot!!!! Stayed int he air conditioning during the day and went out at night. Ate WONDERFUL seafood......crab, grouper, mahi mahi, more crab, and drank some wine. Had a midnight walk on the beach...very romantic!!!! But back now and back on my plan and restarting the exercise.....walked 3 miles yesterday and got two blisters! Jeez...that is what I get for walking in sandles! Okay...maybe the Y and stationary bike today! Good to read everyone's posts and a big welcome to all!!!! Not going to weigh right now...going to wait until I am back on track for a few days! Well the laundry awaits!!!! Later Lilybutt |
For those of you who count calories, I have a question for you!! How many calories did you start out aiming for??
I am 236 pounds currently and I started out at about 1300 a day, forgetting that I would more than likely plateau somewhere along the line and have no place to drop too  So now I'm curious as to where to start losing at!?! |
Hey LB~ we weigh about the same and to lose and not go into starvation mode you should eat around 1800 cal/day. If you put your stats into the charts on www.fitday.com It will tell you exactly.
|
Holly - Hope it stays lit for a very long time!!
|
Me too Annie!!
Ding Dong Avon CALLED!! Okay ,so my district manager calls to see if she can come today to talk to me in person, then she calls back and tells me the regional manager( for all of Ontario) wants to come too, and then when they show up the National Director from Montreal is with them. So we sit out at my picnic table with 6 kids playing in the yard and Marty splitting wood in the barn. They want me to become part of the managment team and lead a group from this area. They spent 2 hours trying to convince me. I still didn’t sign on the dotted line. I would still do my own sales but would also receive commission from the sales of my team. The next step wuld be to run a district on a salary...... hmmmmm. I am a little blown away. I have til Friday to decide then they will look for someone else. Crazy eh! Right now I am trying desperately not to eat a bucket of ice cream!!!!! |
Holly, 1800 a day  It's at 8:30pm and I'm at 1226!!!! So I have to find 600 more calories today?!?! ICK!!! I suppose I could have some of that fresh baked bread hubby bought *mmm*
I did excellent today!! I took my husband and my dog and went to the riverwalk (about a 2 mile walk along the river here in town) and walked the whole thing!!! It was only about a 30 minute walk, but still, better than nothing!! Is it sad to say that I'm looking forward to Thursday when hubby goes back to work so I can go to the gym and do the eliptical and read my Harry Potter book?!? |
Hi Gals,
I've been missing for a few days so I'm trying to catch up on the posts. I've just been busy this week but I know it's important to me to get here. I've been struggling this past week with passing up surgar sweets. When I learn how to conquer that I'll have it made! I'm not giving up though! I've got to get to work, but I just wanted to do a quick check-in. Thanks for all the support ladies! Susie |
Good Morning to you on this bright sunshiney (quite humid) day!!
Oh Holly, what an opportunity! Think of it this way....try it, if it is not what you want or like, finish your term, time, contract, whatever and move on. You always have child care to fall back on. You are so organized and put things together so well, I believe in you and think this is something that you would easily excel. God may be opening an awesome door for you!! I will pray that God puts the perfect decision for you in your heart. Lots to consider and think about....think long, go wrong. Legally B - the walk sounds wonderful, and 30 minutes of moving a day is great. It is nice you have hubby to support you. Keep up the great work. Hello to all ye ladies out there, come on in and chat a while. My 1st day on WW was truly great. Stayed OP, didn't exercise however. My body is still a bit achey from putting in the stone walk down the driveway on Sunday. My fingers even hurt. My doggie, Bella, begged to go for a walk, and I let her down, tonight I am going to take her. She is so hyper when I get home (Jack Russell). I forgot my WW books on my desk at work and about went nuts last night without them, however I did well with food, and didn't go over. Got to get busy here at work, before they spot me out. Hugs to all... Annie |
Annie, congrats on a first successful day on program!! I know for me, every day that I hit my calorie goal and stay just barely under it, I feel on top of the world!!
|
Good morning everyone,
Sorry about being MIA. I've been playing LIFE and TROUBLE ect...Dgs is still here and there are no other kids close for him to play with. I've not been doing well on my food. Eating too much of the wrong things, too fast,... again. I need to get back on track. I do so much better when I make it here everyday. I've made it to curves twice this week. I will make it 3x. Everyone sounds so wonderful, upbeat and focused. I'll try to post tomorrow evening. EVERYONE HAVE A BLESSED DAY. :) :) |
There was $10 missing in my card from my Grandma. I guess I am too old for cash!! LOL!!!!!!
So far I feel just the same as yesterday. I have decided to take a "leadership position" not management. If someone new in the area signs up to be a rep I will mentor them, I will receive a percentage of commision from their sales. I have no quotas etc.I will give it 3 months and I can delink at any time. Mom and dad are coming to take us all out to dinner. There was the usual drama because our plans didn't fit around dad's golfing. Oh well. I stood my ground and got dinner out of the deal!! weehee!! My mom has painted me a picture for my livingroom. I am excited about it. I need to take down a bricbrac shelf and dust. I gave her pics of some peaceful rural scenes and then she went to town. Yesterday I finally got in my exercise (10pm!) I went for a 30 minute walk, at a pretty brisk pace, with my dog! I did it more because I was upset with my husband than to get exercise...but hey, exercise is exercise!
I'm going to the gym for an hour (minimum) of cardio today!! And I'm hoping to do a little weights as well, we'll see how crowded the machines are!! Debbie, How fun to be able to spend all this time with your DGS!! Although I'm sure that spending all this time with him is throwing off your routine ;) Don't worry you've got our support!! Curves sounds like such a neat place! I wish we had one in town!! Holly, Congratulations on your Leadership Role! It sounds like a much better deal than actual management... I hate management sometimes!! Have fun with your company! |
Good Afternoon Ladies...
Thanks for the boost Legally B. So far 4 days OP on WW. Debbie - Glad to see you. Holly - Good luck with your decision, you go girl.... Last night was great. Took my dog for a walk. Only 30 minutes, but I am hear to tell you by the time we got back to the house, we were both melted. The humidity here is rediculous. It is too stinkin' hot. Had a veggie sub for lunch, minus mayo and minus cheese, plus olive oil and vinegar for 5 points. Was delish! Everyone have a marvy day! Annie |
