Sounds like you have a whole lot going on! I have had trouble this week getting in much exercise (migraine today, so there is NO way) but I'm sticking to the eating plan and forcing down the water. We all have plateaus - after all, we have real, busy lives. You've done great with your weight loss so far, and this rough patch doesn't mean the end of that. Even if you hang in there and maintain until things calm down that's a good thing. Let me say it again..
