I had a car accident about 2 1/2 years ago and had whiplash and this is a result from that happening.
My arm and neck is sore today so I am not too hopeful this is going to work. I just want to feel good again.

Well I am sorry that it doesn't seem to be working. But I guess it might take a couple of days.

Lost another pound! I increased my cal. Intake I think I cut mysefl too Low.
