Carol, I'm thinking of you sweetie! Are you low carbing? How many carbs per day? I'm starting day 3 here and every night I'm ready to break. It helped last night, I had one serving of the R.S. sugar free chocolates and still stayed within carb limit. They seemed to take the "edge" off. Try to remember that as you low carb, hopefully by the 3-4th day, your appetite will drop quite a bit, this is what I keep telling myself to keep going. Why start all over? If you need to "talk" just email me.

Shelley: I hope Brutus is better today and they can get his liver straightened out.

Sherry: I like the moving blocks that spell out Floozies!

Deb: Are you feeling better?

Dee: How's mom?

Vickster: Thank you for considering the Memory box program. I'm sorry to hear about you losing a baby. I guess there is a reason for everything, but sometimes one really wonder what the plan is for us.

Carol: LETS STAY OP TODAY!!!!

Ramona: I'll watch the news tonight! Have Dan hold up a sign saying he's Ramona's son!! LOL!

Tina: Are you all over the sickness?

Okay, I'm in a hurry, so i apologize if I missed someone. I'll be back later. HAVE A GREAT OP DAY!

Ramona: did you read Dr. Phil's book? I'm thinking of getting it. I will probably still eat low carb, I guess the book goes into great detail on all of the keys to keep you OP.

Good Morning Everyone,
I don't have time to post to everyone this morning. I wish I did.
We have been busy visiting mom. She is getting more strength everyday. Her lungs have only improved a little and her blood is out of wack yet. I will be going home with her when she leaves the hospital. She is thinking today or sometime this week. I am not sure if they will let her go because of the results of her chest xray. I am scared going home with her. I only know cpr and it has been years since I took it. Hopefully I will not need to know this. My brother from Ottawa will be here friday night to help them. Thanks for all the support.

For all of you struggling with getting back on program you can do it, one day at a time. If you blew it yesterday that is in the past, you have the rest of your life to work at it.

Love you all.

Gayle, no I have not read the book. I started the meal replacements today and I thought I would "puke", pardon my french! I don't know if I'll be able to handle those or not. They are very chalky and it really hit my gag reflex. I may have to regroup and try something different.

Sorry I'm not posting to everyone right now, but I am LIVID!! I just received a purse that I ordered from ebay that I paid $105.00 for and it is supposed to me a Coach. What Coach do you know that is made in Korea??? It looks like plastic. It does have the Coach name and serial number on the pouch inside, but it looks like it could have been machine sewed onto the cheaper purse. I have 5 Coach bags and none of them has a plastic zipper! What should I do??? I am so mad!!

Shelley, I believe you have to contact the person you bought it from and work out something with them before ebay will do anything.
You can check with them but i think that is the protocal.
Hate to hear it that happen to you. I have been there.

I think the whole world is against me losing weight. I got home tonight to some bad news.. a cousin of mine passed away..he was only 66 years young! I had not seen him for years and he lived in Florida with me here in Ohio, but still. It really brings back the mortality issue. None of us are getting any younger. That makes 2 family members this month. A aunt passed away a couple of weeks ago.

I am a stress eater so naturally, I have been eating all kinds of bad stuff tonight. ***sigh*** Lord give me strength!!!

I will try again tomorrow for a full day of being OP instead of just 2/3 of the day. I just have to lose this weight!! My clothes are getting much too tight!!!

Ramona: At least you are trying. Keep up the good work even if you have to switch plans. I don't think I could stay on any plan that the food was nasty!!!

Gayle you are so sweet. You keep up the good work

Sherry: WTG with staying OP. With you and Gayle doing so well staying OP hopefully you will be my inspiration to jump on the band wagon and not fall off!!!

Debbie: How are you? How was your trip to the Doctor?

I need to go for now, but will check with you all tomorrow.

To all the rest of my Floozie friends, I have not forgotten you... I love you. Have a great night.

Hugs
Carol

Carol I will be praying for you. I know sometimes we carry the weight of the world on our shoulders. I understand about being a stress eater. I am a stress, lets celebrate, I am sad, I am happy eater. I really have to fight those urges and I do give in a lot. I am trying to find better foods to stress on.

Shelley,
Just wanted to let you know that if you paid with Paypal you only have 30 days to file a complaint. After that they will not give you your money back. I have heard of people selling fakes of Ebay. I even saw a case on the peoples court about a fake purse being sold for lots of money on Ebay. I hope everything works out. I hope you get your money back. I don't know if I would wait to notify Ebay if you think they are pulling a scam selling fake bags. It is illegal and Ebay will help you.

I was wondering if anyone watched The Littlest Groom last night. I know I am so addicted to reality shows. Off to watch AI.
Hope everyone has a great evening.

Carol-I am praying for you also! Just remember, God doesn't give us anything more than we can handle!

I have talked to the shyster that sent the purse and he says he'll give me 1/2 now and 1/2 when he gets the purse. I am sending tomorrow with signature confirmation and if I don't get the rest of it back, I will get with both ebay and paypal. I sent him a request for $50.00 like he asked, but that was over 1 hour ago and still have not received it. I am still fuming over this! Here I am so honest that I actually send something for someone to look at before paying, and then there are creeps like this jerk who gives everyone a bad name!
