. I'm so glad it's Friday, nothing special planned this weekend, but heck, it's better than being at work right?
Julie, don't feel bad about putting on a few pounds, that's what accountability is all about right? No pressure about posting though...you know what? I was feeling so sick and queasy last Sunday that I hardly ate a thing. This whole week has been so weird for me because I haven't been eating enough--I'm not eating the amount of "points" I'm supposed to per day. I don't know what it was but I just wasn't hungry which is SO unusual for me

. Anyway, you would think that with the reduced amount of food intake, I'd drop a few? Well, on Wednesday my home scale said 174 (this was first thing in the morning after using the bathroom

). anyway, yesterday I got my appetite back. I ate up to my points and this morning when I weighed it said 177??? So WTF? I'm drinking all of my water today and hoping that it's just bloat that'll go away by tomorrow. I was "feeling" skinny up until this morning

. We'll see what the verdict is on the WW scale.
Angie, girlfriend, you are doing it!!! I knew you'd get your groove back. Planning is key for the weekends. Thanks for the recipe, that sounds really good. I love hot and spicy food too. I've made chicken really similar to that using just the dried mashed potato mix as batter. Tasty!
Geez, where is everyone today? Getting a jump on the weekend early? I've been wondering where Jacks has gone...think we lost her? I Pm'd her a day or two ago. Hope everything's ok.
