Friday the 13th We are so busy getting ready for Valentine's Day and the wine competition I never even realized we had a Friday the 13th in there.

I have so much Bible study to catch up on I am thinking about just starting at today's rather than trying to do everything from the 4th on. With the weekend schedule like it is I will be doing good to get that in.

Sunday we are going to the coast (my present from dh) with our doggies and playing on the beach. Will probably have some awesome seafood something or other. I love the ocean. That is the great thing about where we live we are about 1 hour from the ocean and about 40 minutes from the mountains.

I will check in later tonight and see how everyone else is doing cuz I have faith they are going to check in today. Please do even if you are not OP, we want to encourage each other.

Do you have any fun plans for Valentine's weekend?

HAPPY VALENTINES DAY ALL!

Sorry I have not been on. Between work and home computer time is slim to none!

I read all your posts and feel the support. We all have the same goal. No magic, just hard work and determination.

Two doctor visits down. Foot doctor says it will take a while to heal. (Plantar faciatias) I am bandaged up and go back in a few weeks. No exercise for me except arm stuff.

Gastro guy thinks I have an ulcer. I go in for tests Tuesday. Please keep me in our prayers. (Not too thrilled about it, but I need answers!)

I have been being good! I will get weighed soon and will post my new number.

Take care all!

Dana

Good morning all!
Sounds like the energy is there! It has been a school work weekend for me. UGH!
I am thinking about joining curves. I have 3 staff members who are going and they are doing well. I am hoping that they won't ask for a years commimments and that it will get me out of the office each day. Which will give me a break from the stress. I will let you know! All I know is what I am currently trying to do isn't working.

Hey Dana! I am so glad you stopped by, wish you were feeling better. I wore some regular shoes last week and paid the price for it. Want to be better NOW!

Hey Sue how are things going for you?

KINA and PAM?

Hey Bunna, how was the wine thing?

Hope I didn't miss anyone

Hey Julie I forgot you! I was surfing on the PCOS board and saw your post there. I suffer from it! Hair.... let me tell you! Sounds like a nice gym! The sauna must have felt good. Are you in the deep freeze too? How is the furnace working?

The new furnace works great and we are having a heat wave of 5 degrees here today! It was very nice to have some heat although i tried to limit my time until my body gets used to it some. The pcos is not fun and I wished i had know about it before and maybe i would have done this sooner. I really think that is why the low carb has worked so well for me but i just wished that all these "chin" hairs would go away and that the hair on my chest was blond and not black. Now i am starting to notice how thing my hair has gotten and i dont know if that is from weightloss or pcos??? But since i am already low carbing it and i had no trouble conceiving there isnt much more the drs can do is there?

I swear I have PCOS too but the doc (NP) who tested me when I hgave her the list she did what she wanted and that was after I was lowcarbing great for almost 2 years no wonder things did not show. but yesterday at districts infront of everyone the emts and coaches she yells out MOM YOUU HAVE A BEARD!!! talk KILL!!!! I have had low glycemia and many times I feel boarderline diabeties. my mom suffers from the same things too. can i get anyone to understand??? i amtold it is a genetic thing as i have italian in my history!!! (ALL OF IT ) well wake up it does not mean athat just because I am italian i will grow a beard and become fat.... look at their diet! PASTA PASTA PASTA and BREAD BREAD BREAD!!!! guess what>>>>> I am not a genious here but I can put 2 and 2 together and figure things out. like a strong possibility that many women over there just may have PCOS!!!!

OK I am using up my time to go to the gym. I have to run but I need to check up the hill first!!

Hey girls have a great OP day!!!! I know you can do it PPPSSSTTTT the whoosh fairy is out there!!!

Hey all!! Hate the facial hair, I have a skin condition that causes me to be prone to ingrown hairs. SO the reddness just draws your attention to it! Be greatful for the children, As I missed out on that. SIGH. The lo carb woe has been a godsend though in regards to keeping other symtoms at bay. The lack of understanding about this in teh medical community is frustrating. IT is almost hit or miss. I am PMS'ing which hasn't helped teh cravings. But I have 2 eggs in teh oven and will take my chicken salad for lunch. Turkey for dinner. SO lets see if I can be OP again!

Hello to all the rest

Lurkers stop in!

I am going to start # 53
