I have just found the message boards at 3fc and posted on the weight loss buddy board...M.N.J. invited us to check out the Jaded Ladies. Thought I'd say hello and see what's going on here. I'm SERIOUS about weight loss this time (how many times have I said that?!?!) and I'm also looking for some online friends to chat with about life in general.

Also,, I've just started an exercise thread. Just to keep me accountable, but it's for anyone who wants to join. I also plan on getting a food journal thread started later on tonight (after I've had all my meals!) Unless someone beats me to it!! (girls??)
