Hi everyone,

I have just found the message boards at 3fc and posted on the weight loss buddy board...M.N.J. invited us to check out the Jaded Ladies. Thought I'd say hello and see what's going on here. I'm SERIOUS about weight loss this time (how many times have I said that?!?!) and I'm also looking for some online friends to chat with about life in general. :)

I'm so glad to see you pop in! Feel free to join us on our chit chat thread. You'll see that we've talked about so many different things going on with us. And the ages vary here, so you'll see a variety of topics.

Also,, I've just started an exercise thread. Just to keep me accountable, but it's for anyone who wants to join. I also plan on getting a food journal thread started later on tonight (after I've had all my meals!) Unless someone beats me to it!! (girls??)

I hope you decide to stay with us for awhile... you are more than welcome! If you do decide to stay.. feel free to fill out the bio thread. So we can get to know you more. ONLY if you're comfortable with filling it out.

Also..if you would like to e-mail me or anyone on this thread...just PM us your e-mail address and we will do the same. I also have IM through MSN. Either way.

This is a fun forum and the girls here are wonderful. We've become a little family...as you will see in many of the forums here at 3FC.
