Michelle - good job getting back on track today, just get through one day of it and I am sure it will get easier, it has for me...I will try that new soup at hand, I did try the potatoe one but I didnt like it as much as some of the others, I am a picky eater as my mom will tell you, I drove her nuts ( and probably still do ! )

I have worked retail before and you have to cover all store hours and they always give you different shifts, and yes it is annoying, I used to work one day 9-5 then 2-8 the next day and back and forth, back and forth...I am thankful for the day job that I have...

Kathy - reply back girl I am wondering how much you weigh...I am super nibby, hee hee

Okay so I have done well today, I should have had maybe less points at lunch but I am still on track - problem is that I had full on fat chips instead of low fat...so anyway here goes...

Lunch -

Good Morning Girls....

How are you girls doing? I am good...woke up hungry this morning so may have to get something more to eat than my normal granola bar, but we'll see...

Dinner :
1 - 3 oz pork chop with sauce - 6 pts
red potatoes with parsley and little butter - 8 pts ( that may be way high for that but better higher than lower )
water - 0 pts

PM Snack - Snack size Kit Kat - 2 pts

For the day I had around 28 pts, the last two days I have really pushed my points to the limit, I can have 29 daily and the last few days I have had either the whole 29 or very close...but I figure as long as I dont go over - I am okay...but I need to get back on the 27 point track, like today....

I am about to go crazy here at work this morning, every morning I come in and immediately start sneezing and blowing my nose, it has happened ever since they had to turn the heat on in our building, I sit underneath one of the vents and I am sure it is blowing out dust and who knows what...may have to have them close it and just be cold...I cant take Claritan or Benedryl everyday, it is too expensive...either one of you have allergy problems? It is the worst!!!:(

Hi Ladies.

I am not able to use the computer at work except for business. Head office can track all the computers. We are only allowed to check our emails at 9:00, noon and 4:30. And I work 9-6 everyday except one evening 12-9 every week.

When I found this website about 3 weeks ago I was 245 lbs. But since I started I am now down to 235. I have not weighed this week, but tommorrow or Friday I will.

Haven't eaten today yet except for a few oatmeal cookies and I am about to eat some Chili for supper.

I find it a little difficult because I take my lunch at 3:30 so I can pick up the baby from the babysitter, then I run to two different schools across town to pick up the other kids then drop them all off at home and then back to work. I will have to look and see if I can find any soup at hands here yet. They might do the trick.

Michelle the walmart here has a computer that does all the schedules, so what ever the computer puts is what people have to work. They did have to change the programming because my neighbor was ending up with 12 hour shifts. Hope you are enjoying your job though.

Carri I do get bad hay fever in the spring. Tylenol sinus has become my best friend. Hope that all the dust blows out while you are at home. Although then it is just floating around in your air space. Hope it clears up soon.

Morning Girls.....

Kathy - I knew at work you probably could not get on the computer, I am sitting at my desk all day in front of my computer that is why I am able to check back so often.

I did weigh myself this morning and OMG, I was at 217.5...last week I was at 220.5 BUT the odd thing is that I started my TOM this morning and I should be bloated with more weight ( maybe I actually weigh less, ha ) ... it worries me that it was a fluke kind of thing and the scales were wrong...oh well I was so excited to be in the two hundred teens...have not seen that in like two years!!!

So I will weigh again like Monday morning and see what it says then...wish me luck..

Kathy - GREAT JOB on the 10 pound loss !!! :dancer: :balloons:
what a great job, see stick around we are a great influence, at least in dieting anyway, ha..

Okay Dinner last night:

Snack Size Kit Kat - 2 pts ( see a pattern here? I am eating one of these every night till Halloween, hey it is only two points and it gets me my chocolate fix....:)

Okay so I was at 26 pts for the day, another OP day....but I have killer cramps this morning ( on Halloween how fitting )...well I suppose you guys will be taking your children out tonight and since I dont have any I will be waiting for neighbors kids to come and take some of these Kit Kats away :D

Hello to all

I had to hand out treats at my mom and dads house, as they are away taking care of my grandfathers estate this weekend and I had strict rules that I was to make sure someone was there to give out treats. Probably really to make sure nothing happened to the house. So Kristi who is 14 took Cole out with her friends and my 4 year old niece for his first halloween. That way she and her friends would get candy also. Then my DH will probably eat most of the candy.

Well I was over there I was able to weigh myself and I am down 2 more pounds.

Carri :cp: on being on track all week. When you weigh in I am sure you will see the results of such a good week. Now to get through the weekend.

Michelle how are you doing? Made it through the week at work!! Do you have the weekend off?

Hey Kathy - how ya doing? I am good...no, I didnt have an OP weekend...I sort of did on Saturday, but definitely did not on Sunday, oh well some ya win some ya lose...today is back on track for me...
We didnt get very many trick or treaters, I think I had like 6 so now we have a buttload of candy in the house ( not good for me ) but like you said my husband will be eating the bulk of it.

I wonder what is going on with Michelle? Have not heard from her in quite a few days - Michelle hope everything is okay, dont stop writing just because you have fell off the wagon ( if that is the case ) we all do it, I did it all weekend...hopefully you are just too busy with work to write...but we wanna hear from you!!!!:)

HELLO girls! Yes I was MIA for a few days! I am not used to working and still being able to do all the stuff I normally do during the time I was off! I had to work the weekend:( ! But I am off today and had so much stuff to get caught up on.

You girls are doing just awesome!!!!! Just keep up the good work and we will met our goal. I had fell off the wagon that is for sure but I am jumping back on tomorrow. I was just in a slump I think from the work schedule and trying to get used to it. Yes it is different hours everyday that is for sure but I will adjust it is just till Xmas. Then hopefully I can go back to being a SAHM again!

Darc you are more then welcome to join us! The more the merrier tell us a little about yourself! If you go back and read the posts from earlier you can see a little about Kathy, Carrie and myself.

So Kathy and Carrie how you girls been other then that?

Ok tomorrow is going to be my start over hope I can do it girls!!!! I thought working would help me but they give us an hour for lunch and that is way too long for me and I end up snacking out of the vending machine. So my new tatic is to walk the store...get some extra exercise in and shop at the same time...........LOL!!!

Well headed to watch TV with my DH Star Trek is on........OH JOY!!!!!!!!!! LOL

Good Evening Ladies.

Well had a bad weekend. I've had to slap my own hand to stay out of the candy. I just have no willpower lately.

Well this is the start of the new week so I'm back on the wagon!
I'm starting the south beach diet. We will see if this is all it is cracked up to be.

Welcome Darc, tell us a little about yourself!

Michelle walking the store on your lunch will be good to keep your mind off snacking plus it will give you ideas for Christmas shopping as is only about 6 weeks away.

Carri, how many trick or treaters do you usually get? Next year you will just buy for a few and end up with 75 or something like that. Good job on getting back on track.

That is the way we will succeed. Let it go when we fall off but just make sure to get right back on track.
