Good Morning

I came home yesterday from work & slept 2 hours then I went to bed at 9:30 last night and slept all night! I felt so bad! Today, my mouth isn't sore and I feel good!! Thanks for all my "well wishes" and for asking about me!

Gayle,
To answer your questions: My favorite flower is daisies. If I could have an extreme makeover...YES! I would do it!! I would get my sagging boobs lifted first of all!! I don't know about what else...would have to think about the rest! LOL

Ramona,
I know you're getting excited about the reunion.I'm so glad you're going.I wish I would have gone to mine now.Don't mean to sound so dumb but what exactly is Lipo in a box???

Dee,
That was so funny about the mix-up with the hubby's!! Don't feel bad because it's not the first time that someone has paired up Gayle with Wayne!! Hey Gayle....Want a jobless man for awhile??? LOL!!!!

Debbie,
I'm looking forward to coming up tonight! I can't wait to relax and catch up on our talking!! ALSO....to talk about being OP!!!!!!! I know you've been sick but you're getting well now and it's time to get back OP!!!!

Vicki,
I have always been wanting to do scrapbooking but can't find the time.I would love to see some of your work. Yes...Very sad about Johnny Cash & John Ritter. I feel so sorry for their families.

Shelley,
I am now weighing 163.I know that's a big difference from 191 that I weighed in March. But people at work at starting to ask me when I'm stopping!! I know I'm getting smaller and my size 14's are getting a little loose, but my question is...You must be so tiny!!!!Do people ever tell you that you are too small???? I think I'll be happy just staying in my 14's. I really don't know if I want to get down to a size 12. How do I know for sure? I was thinking of doing my points at 25-30 instead of 20-25. I need help knowing what to do! Can you suggest something? When you maintain what points do you do?

Carol,
Again...Thanks for the motivationals!! How is your Sister & Mom? What is your goal weight? When are you wanting to stop loosing & maintain?

Cheryl,
I take it that these 3 cities that you listed are in Arkansas? I know you're excited and nervous. I also take it that your BF is going along with you?

Doni, Titan & Jennelle.......Where are you??????? Gosh, I sure hope you're ok!! I know we're all very busy in our life but it only takes a minute to pop-in and say hi. I'm worried about you!!

Going to start cleaning house. Have a great OP weekend!!!

Hugs!!!

Gayle my favorite flower is bird of paradise. I know that it is rather uncommon. My second favoorite flowers are the spring flowers....tulips and daffidolds. I would do the extreme makeover. Never seen the show but it would be like a holiday with a bit of pain.

Sherry yeah I think that Gayle and wayne have been mixed up before.....I did it then too. Aren't I bad. Gayle when your done with Wayne send him over I have a few things that he could do. Glad that your mouth is feeling better. About how much more to lose you can look up a weight chart that goes with your height. It will give you an idea. I am a size 8 right now, but I am short so it is hard to gage to that. I want to go back down to a size 3.

Vicki, yes it is sad to lose two very famous stars. I also feel for thier families. I enjoy scrap booking too. I have done a few albums. The pictures look so pretty when they are done up.

Carol thanks for the daily motivation. It is nice to see your special messages.

Shelley are you back on track today? You need to do it for yourself. You feel so much better when you are in control.

Debbie how are you feeling? Gee I wish I could party with you and Sherry tonight.

Larry is at work today. He will be gone most of the weekend. I have started scraping our baseboards in the hall, living room and sunroom. They are the old fashion oak boards that are about 8-9 inches high. They were stained a darker color than the rest of our oak trim. It isn't really that hard to scrap off, it is so old. I have just the sunroom left. After that Larry will sand lightly and restain. I told Larry he better hurry up with that because when I am done that I am moving on to the wall paper going up the stairs to our bedroom. I will strip it and he can repair wall and paint. We don't do much in summer time but come fall we are back at the projects. After that is done I want to redo the bathroom.

I hope that you all have a great weekend.

Sherry-I maintain at 30-35 points a day, but remember I earn sometimes up to 8 AP's at a time, also. So if I eat 30, and earn 5, I am actually having 25. It varies, but I am still maintaining between 127-130 lbs., and I have been eating probably 40 or 50 points a day this week!! Anyway, yes! People keep saying "you aren't still dieting are you?? You are going to waste away". Even my principal has made the comment a couple of times, and she is a tiny thang! My problem is a still want to get into my size 26 Guess jeans from when I was 15 years younger, and my body just ain't lettin' me! I always had a 23 or 24 inch waist when I was under 40 years old, but now I am lucky if I can get it to stay at 26!! It's that age thing!! I would suggest that if you truly want to stay at the size you are, to try and do maintenance for awhile, then if you feel like you want to start trying for that size 12, go back OP until you reach that goal. You have been doing awesome and I admire your perserverance!!

Gayle-I think I like roses the best. I'm not really into flowers, though.

Vicki-I was very saddened about John Ritter. I enjoyed him so much!

Dee-You are still one walking maniac!! Already 1/2 way to the month's goal. How is Dez getting along?

Debbie-Hope you are feeling better!

Ramona-You haven't said lately, but how is the boot business doing? I hope you are making lots of moolah!!

Carol-We are still waiting on your pictures!! I want to see some before and after! You too, Sherry!!

Jennelle-I miss you!! Please post just to say that you are alive and well!

Titan-When are you going to make the big move to Sherry and Debbie's neck of the woods?

Doni-I hope all is well with you.

Jeanne-Where are you??

Cheryl and Ramona-I must be watching my Thursday NBC shows when the makeover show comes on.

Love to all!!

Sherry: Nothing against Wayne, but you can keep him. One guy around here is enough for me!!!!

Vickster: I know of a few girls that are into having stamping parties. They have such a business that they earned a cruise!!!! I just haven't ever gotten into the stamping or scrapping, of course I have enough other projects laying around here!

Deb, thank you for posting the pics! Are you feeling better tonight? I must say, all three of you look super!! I would love it if we ALL could meet someday! Our hubby's might not though...

Debbie, great picture!

I hope you all had a great weekend, and I agree that weekends should be 3 days long!

We've been noticing that our springer spaniel has been acting a little strange the last week, so I called my SIL who is our vet and she had us bring him in this morning. We thought he had an ear infection, but he has gone deaf. It is so sad to see him just lying in the yard and not hear us call him. I'm worried that he may be sleeping behind one of the cars and we will hit him because he doesn't hear it start up. He will be 9 years old on his next birthday.

Gotta get some work done....I'll be back later.

Glad to see we didn't break your camera, Debbie.

Fixing the Titans will be bad enough. Sherry and Debbie, did you see that game? It was awful though I still had a good time.

Ramona, sorry to hear about your dog. Warn everyone to be careful when they start the car.

To update everyone on the move, I've decided to wait until spring. It's getting too close to winter to get my house ready, on the market, sold, and find something there. Also I need to rethink exactly which direction I want to go. Clarksville sounded good, but that is too far to drive to Nashville to work (at least for me). I'm not sure I want to go back to work, but equally unsure that I don't.

Ramona-I'm so sorry about your pooch! I'm sure everyone will adapt to his deafness quickly, especially the dog. Is it common is that breed?

Ramona one of my dog went deaf too. It was crazy because you forget that they can't hear.

Sherry and Debbie is your email down? I have sent a couple of thigs to you both and it has come back.

Sherry I love your Good Morning Hug! A warm fuzzy hug!

Dee it always seems easier to move in the spring. Good luck finding the right place.

Gayle I forgot to answer you when you asked how Jackie was doing. I seen her at my Dad's birthday dinner. Her memory doesn't recall everything that she wants to remember and she gets upset. They had said that the cancer had shrunk after chemo and radiation. But as of last week it is growning again and she is feeling really sick. The may try two more treatments on her but they said that there isn't any more that they can do.

I just talked on msn with a friend from Toronto. I met her in Mexico last year. Everyone was mistaken me for her. We call each other sisters. Not only do we look alike, our personalitys are very similar. Well anyways she is moving to Puerta Valllarta for 6 months. She is single so it is easier than moving a family down. She leaves oct 4. I told her that I can't wait to see her down there in January. She is such a sweety she is going to find a place for us to stay.

Well I hope more of you post soon, it is awfully slow here.

Dee, thank you for answering me about Jackie. It sounds like they may be using treatment now for pain management instead of trying to shrink the tumor. Sometimes with a brain tumor, there is a possibility of a stroke. I have a friend suffering from cancer and this is my biggest fear. I know she wants to have quality of life and enjoy life while she can. She wouldn't want to be bedridden or crippled from stroke complications. I think of Jackie often, is she married? Kids??

Ramona: Sad to hear about your puppy. Poor little guy! Could you rig some type of a loud bell, so when you step out the door to leave, you could ring it? It's my understanding that sometimes with a hearing loss, animals can still hear high pitches. Maybe this would wake him up or catch his attention.

Well, we have had sickness like crazy! Last week the flu stuff...this week allergies! Allison ran a fever all night long, she seems to be better know. Liz, Steve and I just have the normal allergy stuff going on. Half the people I know seems to be sick, must be the time of year! Oh, ya, Sher, I go through Lysol like crazy! Lysol and clorox are staples in my house! Steve says sometimes it's dangerous just coming through the door because of the fumes! Now...to work on the clutter!
