I'm back and OP!!!

I did weigh myself this morning and I have gained 3 pounds. I guess it's from taking all those steroids and {eating too much}. Funny how you can feel sorry for yourself when you are sick. Kinda like NOT giving a D@mn!! Well....once again I'm going to give it my best shot!!

I'll post my menu later.

Yay Debbie!! Glad to see you back. 3 lbs. is not bad, considering how hungry steroids make you. I know how it is when I have to take them. Yuck!!

I came up with 5 points for the chicken patty on lite wheat buns. You have 6....Who's right?

Sherry-My downfall has been at night, even though I go to sleep very early. How do you manage with just popcorn and such a small dinner??

Shelley....I don't feel like I eat a little at night. I honestly feel like I eat a lot!! The nights aren't my problem anyway...It's in the daytime!
