    Cheryl: Wow, a train trip. Sounds like a lot of fun to me. I have never been on one. Report back how it was. Hope you have a great time!!

    Debbie: Free week.... They didn't tell me about a free week at Curves. I will have to check that out.

    I do think I need to definately do something here. I am having a really hard time lately staying OP. This morning when I stepped on the scales it says I have gained back 1 1/2 lbs!!!

    OMG NOOOOOOOOOOO. I already bought a smaller size swimsuit to wear to the Bahamas this fall. I have to lose more so I can fit into it!!!

    I seem to be having a hard time in the evenings again. That was always a problem time for me before. My job has been super stressful lately (more than ususal) and I have even had headaches because of the stress, so think that may be at the root of my problem. If I went to CURVES after work maybe I would work off that stress so that I don't eat all night!!!

    Now I just need to find the time to go. I babysit evenings for my daughter 4 nights a week. I think I am going to see if I can find someone to watch them long enough for me to go exercise!!

    Sherry where are you.............

    Gayle, Ben still has his Presidential duty. However, if tensions with North Korea continue and they are short on K-9's, he will be pulled to go overseas. As of right now, he is supposed to leave in August for a 6 week gig with VP Cheney.

    I'll post a picture when I get my haircut....unless it's a catastrophe!

    Good Mornin'

    I was up early this morning! I guess I was excited about mowing the yard! (NOT!!)

    I did get done with the bathroom wall! Last night I cleaned out 4 drawers and the hall closet! Been in a "clean out, throw away mood."

    That's ok if you gained a lb. or two.It happens to us all. Try to start walking a little or do some floor exercises and jump-start yourself.You're doing wonderful and YOU WILL wear that itty-bitty swimsuit in Bahamas!! You'll be the Bahama Mama!!

    Sherry - I really love my new classroom. It needs paint, but it just seems so much cheerier and happier than my old room. When they had a music teacher, my room was her room and so there is indoor/outdoor carpet on the floor. It's dark green and doesn't look too bad, except for the unraveling seam down the middle that looks like a 50-yard line. I'm done setting up, except for a few last-minute things like putting the welcome packets on desks and doing my bulletin board outside my room. (Another thing I love! I didn't have one at my old school.) I like my principal, too. I've only met one teacher so far. She seems nice, but I'm a little gunshy at this point.

    Ramona - Stay strong, Mom! If Ben (?) gets to go to Korea, he can bring you back all kinds of fashion knockoffs. (I know a guy who bought "Adidas" for $1.50.)

    Everyone - I would like to get back to the gym. I haven't gone in three weeks! I need a goal to shoot for, though. I'll think about it over the next few days....maybe a 5K goal?

    Hey ladies....

    What's up with this new ad campaign 3FC has on here? Apparently, it looks for keywords in posts and highlights them with a hotlink to matchmaker.com. So far, the words I've seen highlighted are boyfriend and dating. I'll bet that girlfriend, love, romance, and committment are also highlightable words. (We'll see when this posts.)

    I don't like the idea that MY words are being used to link to a site that I may or may not necessarily condone without MY permission. Think of it this way: What if you posted a message saying you had two chicken breasts for dinner last night and the word "breasts" was hotlinked to a porn site?

    What do you ladies think of this?
