Debbie & I had our FIRST weigh-in today since doing WW at home.

Debbie lost 3 lbs!!!

I lost 4 lbs!!!

WTG on all the weight losses!! We do REALLY need some more company over at the exercise thread, though!!

Sherry-This will be my 7th year in the system. I just don't know. Everyone tells me to go, but I just don't know if I really want to or not. I am hoping my answer will come to me somehow!! Wouldn't you know I am back to work now, so I don't have the time to go over and maybe see exactly what my friend does there.

Debbie-I didn't address you about your colon earlier today. As you know, I have ulcerative colitis, which affects the colon. What are your other symptoms? Do you have blood in your poop, or are you running to the potty all the time? If so, then it IS definitely your colon. I hope it isn't!! Let us know as soon as you find out something.

My computer says it feels like 102 out right now. Guess I better go earn some AP's anyway!

Debbie: I hope you feel better soon. My mom is having a colonoscopy done on August 20. She is having some problems too and they are doing the test to see what is up. I hope you get to feeling good real soon.!!!

Someone asked (right now I don't know who) how long I've been attending WW meetings and how much I've lost. 8 weeks and 6/8/6/8 (you get the idea). Next week I'm going on vacation, so I probably won't be OP at all. I know it's my own fault that the lbs. aren't coming off--NOT WW'S FAULT!!!!

Shelley--I know how it is to be at a job you really don't care for, and feel as though it's all you have.... Stick in there and it'll get better (or maybe something better will come along!!) Be careful exercising when it's so hot outside!

Sherry and Deb!!!!! 7 lbs.! Yea for y'all! Keep up the great job!

Carol--Thank you for your motivational words! I wish we lived closer to each other--we could "motivate" each other to EXERCISE

Yes I am ok. I just don't like summers because I have to live with my kids! If I could ship them off it would be bliss! Summers for the last few years have been stressful for me. The kids have more time and can get in more trouble. Jay really isn't getting in much trouble outside of home but he sure can raise h*ll here. Dez is doing some what better at the moment. Our house is like a ticking time boom, never know when it will go off, and it does every few days or once a week.
Mom finally got to see the blood specialist. She hasn't been able to reguate the thickness of her blood. It is very thick and the medication either thins it too much or not enough. The specialist told her it could be from the chemo or maybe from a cancer that they haven't found. Oh boy, I need my mommy! I don't want us to go through that all over again. She was told she is cancer free now. It has been a rough year for her. She is really discouraged now. It will cost her a small fortune to go to Texas this winter for her medical bills. She doesn't think she is going to take out insurance because it is to much money. They will be gone 6 months. They have plenty of money mom is just being cheap. I told her that she is worth it and if she doesn't take out insurance us kids aren't going to take any more money from her. Yeah cheap runs in our family but that is too Cheap.

Girls I check in a couple of times a day to see what is happenning, here. I just don't have the energy to post. I love you all and think of you often through out the day.

By the way for you girls that are on WW would you like me to post a yummy breakfast cookie? It is filling and healthy for low points.
