Shelley I am glad that you got the rain to cool you off. The high humidity is tough to exercise in. You are doing great.

It took me yesterday and today to do the 5 miles. I know that I won't reach my goal but I will keep at it.

I actually may make this goal!! Whoo-hoo!!!
Dee, you're doing a great job, even if you don't meet your goal--200 miles is a lot! Especially when you're under the weather!
Shelley--Way to go, running in the rain!!
Hey Sherry! You're a mile ahead of me!! I gotta "catch up" with ya!

I don't think I'll be able to meet my goal because of all the standing water.
Did the old, old Vol. 1 Firm for 60 minutes. It used to kill me, now I flew right through the aerobic section because of all the running!! I will be sore from the weights, though!!

Shelley that is good that you are being resourceful......do something else if there is water or the weather isn't cooperating. I count my aerobic workout as 1 mile for 10 minutes hard work or 1 miles as moderate work.

Good for you Sherry, basketball burns a lot of calories.
Shelley glad that you were able to run on the track.
