Sherry--I work for the Dept. of Agriculture, and at this point in my life, plan on never working another week-end. Of course, that's always subject to change--esp. w/all the credit card debt that I've somehow managed to accumulate within the last year or so.

OK ladies, I need some major motivation here. You know I'm going to Rick's 30 year reunion in a couple of weeks. Well, I can deal with that, but, I just found out we are going to have my class 25th reunion after all! It is in 107 days and I need to lose 25 to 30 pounds to feel good about myself. I am going to need some major butt kicking here!! I've decided to go back to calorie counting(Carol inspired me). I know I can do this with your help!
At our 20 year reunion, I weighed around 220, so I want to make a big impression in a much smaller way! LOL

BTW, Sherry, are you going to YOUR reunion??????

First of all, No...I'm not going to my HS reunion. It's this Saturday and it's just to close to our Florida vacation.Wayne said he would go but for both of us, it's $135.00. It's cheaper if I go alone but I would never do that.I couldn't go & leave him at home. I'm not disappointed though, honestly it didn't matter to me.

BTW: My class has got the biggest graduation class so far. We are still holding the record of 1,601 graduates in '78!!! The high school is so big that it's divided by last names in 4 sections, East, West, North & South. Amazing huh?

This time next year, Our money will probably be looking better. I signed up to have my checks divided out by all 12 months. It's going to be so nice to get paid in the summer! I should have done this the last 7 years!!!! This starts in August when we go back.

Ok now...About this loosing weight thing! I know you can lose 20 or 25 lbs. by your reunion!!!! I think what Carol is doing by counting calories is wonderful! I've been thinking about doing this too. Are you going to count 1500 per day or what? I think that's what Carol does daily (?) My problem will be FINDING the time to keep track of it!!!! Why do I have a hard time writing what I eat down???? Any suggestions?

We will support and motivate you all the way!!!! Please let me know if you're going to do this & how many calories you'll count per day! Good luck.....You can do it!!!!!!

Hi there everyone,

Thought I better check in before you thought I died. I haven't been on the pc except the once. I have been under the weather since I got home. I have broke out in a rash from head to toe that is driving me crazy with scratching. The clortripolon(spelling) is just knocking me out. I have also had a low fever since saturday. I am going to the doc this afternoon. I am not coughing which is a good sign. Kinda scared about the SARS thing, I know that they say to watch for a fever for 15 days after exposed to it. Well we will see what the doc says. Better go get ready, I have to leave in 15 minutes. Take care everyone.
