Gayle,
It sounds like you are doing great on Stillman's. I remember the book from when I was a kid (must have been in the mid-60's). My mom had it and it was called the "Quick Weight Loss Diet". What sounds great is that you don't even seem hungry...no snacks?!! That is terrific.

Here is my menu for today:

1 scrambled egg with sauteed mushrooms
coffee with 1/2 and 1/2

1 chicken and cheese taco (w/low carb tortilla)
1 hard boiled egg
celery

left over pot roast (yum)
ceasar salad

diet jello and whipped cream

water!

Wednesday's food:

Breakfast: sugar free jello
Lunch: salad with diced ham and jalapeno ranch
Dinner: HUGE helping of chopped beef from the BBQ place.

I have to tell you about my lunch for Wed. I didn't have anything so I ran by Kroger on my way to work. I got a bag of chopped lettuce, a package of diced ham and a 6 pack of jello cups. It probably totaled around 7 dollars. When she rang it all up, the computer screen read 47 cents. She laughed and scanned everything again. Once more, 47 cents. Then the manager tried. 47 cents. Finally, they told me that computers don't make mistakes and I owed 47 cents. I felt really guilty, but they insisted that I pay that amount. Soooooo, that is probably the cheapest lunch I ever bought in my life!!!!!! And, since all of that will last me for 3 days, it was REALLY cheap!

Gosh Ramona, enjoy your 15 cent lunches over the next few days!!!! Just think how much money stores actually lose!!!

BTW: Can you sneak in, snitch that register and ship it my way???? It seems like I spend a small fortune at the store each week!
