Andy, Congratulations!!!! Did you finish all THREE challenges??!?!?!!!

Sorry, people for being AWOL. I just have had too much going on and can't keep a challenge going. I'll try again though soon, I hope.

Please keep up your challenges.

yip did them all, glad i only gave myself a 1 day break on each. helped me stick to it, i had problems with my calories two days last week but i just did more exercise to bring the number down again. i use myfitnesspal on my iphone and it tells me if im above or below with my calories. and still NO CHOCOLATE, didnt crave any after i finished yesterday.... weird i was expectign to jump in my car and buy a slab lol!!! but nope, none needed here. now tryignt o cut my carbs down, cause even thought my calories are at 1200 my carbs hv been a bit high and my body loves carbs and holds on to them as though itll never see carbs again. so thats my goal this week, so hopefully the scale will move down again

saying goodbye to my chocolate addiction

i had my first taste of chocoalte yesterday... 7 days longer than expected lol was only small piece and i found i didnt want anymore after that. calories has gone a bit weird, not losing any weight, someone has suggested that i may have put my body into starvation mode, so turnign that around today, and still exercising every day even if its just a walk for 45 minutes or so... still gettign out and about this challenge has helped me settle my chcolate addiction and for that i thank you i was eatign chcolate every single day at one stage and i could quite easily finish a slab by myself. not somethign im proud of and im very happy that i have it under control now.

Can I crawl back once again?? It's been a long time way to long and a few lbs have managed to find their way once more to my body! UGH!! Bravo to those that lose and keep it off!!

I'm doing the 90 day Supreme System. I'm on day 22 and have not seen an ounce of weight loss. I have sweat pouring down me like no other workout has done to me. Yet not an ounce of weight loss!! Im eating right. I'm getting extreamly discouraged and need this challenge to keep me going.

So that is my challenge to keep the going with the workout plan they have.

Me again. Feeling pretty lowly.
My husband took the liberty of pointing out a few things I need to improve upon, and although I am not taking it well, he does have a point. I have become quite a loser, and I don't want to be this person anymore. So with purpose and urgency, I'm going to turn this show around.
I know I can do it. I just actually have to DO IT!!!!
Starting in with my favorite, the no beer challenge. Lets Go!!

Apple, good for you!! I just crawled back myself to see who all was in here and saw you and mez! Mez! Unbelievable! But, now you've gone silent for a few days, I see. If you come back, I will too. Deal?
Soon, people. Apple, keep it up!!

Did amazingly well yesterday on changing eating habits. I said no to all the goodies at work and people were shocked. Now THAT pisses me off because why should they be shocked? It's because they pass judgement on me and see me as someone who sits there scarfing down whatever sweet is handed me. Well, maybe I've done that recently but no big thing if I don't, right? Really, no wonder it's hard to change. There was no, "good for you!" or questions about my goals, just exclamations that I was on a diet. Screw it. I MUST continue along this vein.
