Thanks for your concern everyone!! I stayed on my own block today and went back and forth. Now my legs are starting to bother me---I don't know if it's from the Prednisone or not, but I had to start walking whenever it was unbearable!! The weather is beautiful though--about 50 degrees.
Patch what type of skiing? I asume for you it must be down hill?

Today I walked 4 miles on glare ice. Boy am I ever feeling it.The temp is not much better out either. It is 10 out with a wind.

this is monday and today I start my workout schedule walking is on mondays wednesdays and fridays so i'm on my way out the door. tuesday/thrusdays and saturdays it's good old RICHARD SIMMONS dusted off the video's and am ready to get my butt a moving well i'll post next monday with my weekly schedule and if it did any good HERE'S TO KEEPPING MY FINGERS CROSSED AND MY LIPS SEALED" ( DRINKING A GLASS OF WATER!)
Shelley I am glad that you were able to get back to jogging. That must lift your spirts some.
Patch not sure how to count the down hill skiing I only do cross country.
Sherry do you stretch once you warmed up and then after your done walking? That could give you some problems if you don't.

Today I chickened out and just used my exercise bike. I felt cold all day so I didn't want to go out doors.
