Monday:
Didn't walk.......legs hurt too bad

Tuesday:
Walked 2 Miles

Wednesday:
Walked 1 Mile & Bowled 3 games on league

Nov. Goal: 45 Miles
Miles Walked: 32.4 Miles
Miles To Goal: 12.6 Miles

Dee & Patch.........You're doing GREAT!!!!!!!!

Shelley.............How are you? Are you taking it slow? I hope so!! Take care of your tummy!!!!

How are you doing Shelley? I too have been wondering how you are feeling.
Yesterday and today I walked 9 miles.
total 81 miles

Anyone know how to count skiing???

Thursday
walked 4 miles

Friday
walked 4 miles

goal 80 miles

so far I've walked 71 miles... only 9 to go

maybe I'll go for 100???

When the server changed over to a new one over the weekend, Shelly lost her post.But I saved it!!! Here it is!

Shelley's Post:


Sat. Nov 23-walk/jog 5 miles
Changing goal to 50 miles due to my circumstances!!
Miles so far-17.5
miles to go- 32.5

Thanks for your concern everyone!! I stayed on my own block today and went back and forth. Now my legs are starting to bother me---I don't know if it's from the Prednisone or not, but I had to start walking whenever it was unbearable!! The weather is beautiful though--about 50 degrees.

Walked: 5.3 Miles

Patch what type of skiing? I asume for you it must be down hill?

Sherry and Patch you are just about there!
Today I walked 4 miles on glare ice. Boy am I ever feeling it.The temp is not much better out either. It is 10 out with a wind.
Total 85 miles

Hi all

this is monday and today I start my workout schedule walking is on mondays wednesdays and fridays so i'm on my way out the door. tuesday/thrusdays and saturdays it's good old RICHARD SIMMONS dusted off the video's and am ready to get my butt a moving well i'll post next monday with my weekly schedule and if it did any good HERE'S TO KEEPPING MY FINGERS CROSSED AND MY LIPS SEALED" ( DRINKING A GLASS OF WATER!)

6 miles racewalked

Sunday
biked 6 and walked 2

goal was 80 miles -- but, I've already walked 85 miles...


OK guys --- I'm going for it... 100 miles

Shelley I am glad that you were able to get back to jogging. That must lift your spirts some.
Patch not sure how to count the down hill skiing I only do cross country.
Sherry do you stretch once you warmed up and then after your done walking? That could give you some problems if you don't.
Angel feathers, glad to have you join us over here. how is the exercise going?

Today I chickened out and just used my exercise bike. I felt cold all day so I didn't want to go out doors.
Biked 4 miles
