blingfiend, I am "lucky" to be able to workout during work. I bring my workout clothes and my zumba dvds and usually can get in a 40 minute workout.

I used to fit my workout in right after I woke up from my day's sleep. I liked that better, because I hate getting sweaty at work and not being able to shower until I get home. But sleep has become more precious to do at home than workout.

But, yeah, it is very tough to fit in a good aerobic workout when your schedule is not normal. My best advice would be don't try to find time to workout, make the time for a workout. Make it your one hour (or however long) to be selfish and do what you need to do for you.

Since my overnights schedule is consistent, I pick a time to workout and then stick to it, even when I don't feel like it. If it's 3am, I'm in my workout clothes popping in my zumba dvd.
