Has anyone noticed a difference in their weight loss progress when fish oil was combined with a healthy diet and exercise 3-4 times a week? I've read a few good things online, but we all know that doesn't necessarily mean anything good in reality -
Nope, I took fish oil a while back for acne and it did nothing for my acne and nothing for my weight loss. I lost the same as I did with or without it. That said, there is no harm in the supplement as it has several other benifits.
