Well di you feel the earth shake yesterday?
It wasn't an earth shake it was me deciding and then actually working out!!!
Only for 1/2 hour but I did it. ANd I was better with the cravings and eating!
I passed up the candy bowl although I did fondle some pieces.
SO sucess yesterday!
3 quarts of water
b- non fat yogurt w/ go lean cereal
l homemade cream of chicken soup
d pork, green beans, salad!
s- apple pie made w/ splenda.
pat got a good laugh at you fondeling the candy mine made it to my mouth!
i have been more with the exercise this week now just to get up a bit earlier!!! when i get that dish washer then i iwll get the dishes done faster!! so off to bed then empty in the am instead of wash for 1 hour then empty the pan in the morning!!!

I ontinue to do well and saw some movement on the scale. Water I am sure. The rings are fitting nicer.
Gave myself a break w/o wise. will head up there soon. today

I feel alot better mentally, No candy fondling was done yesterday.
