For yesterday Good morning all. Well, knee feels moderately better today, though I didn't do a whole lot to stress it this morning. got my weights in, and a little bit of biking. made a bad choice for breakfast, but have planned how to balance it out the rest of the day. Wish me luck. Have a good day all. Red, keep up the effort. SeaWave, I hear you on the sodium. I am thinking of challenging myself on how much sodium now in the foods I eat, and those convenient foods I also use for lunch are a problem. Later  |
Hey all. how is everyone's day going?
I am frustrated with the continued junkie mentality. Brain coming up with reasons to go ahead, eat what I want. I have made good decisions other than breakfast, but I keep having the same urges. I choose to be healthy!! |
Jolly - do you feel like you've been talking to yourself? Where is everybody?
Hi lurkers! :D My day went pretty well, considering I seem to have a touch of the flu (yuck) 1) Menu set/proper food available for tomorrow - 8/21 Days Actual: ok, except I'm relying on the canned fruit again - need to get to the market! 2) Track my nutrition daily (via SparkPeople) - 8/21 Days Actual: Done ! 3) Keep my sodium intake between 500-1500 mg/day - 4/21 days (-3) Actual: um... no. total mess yesterday...always is when i go to see my horse now. she's so far away and i binge on junk food in the train...so uncomfortable. 4 1/2 hours and three transfers just getting back...i'm always so tired and just eat away my pain...thus making it worse. gotta find a better way.
Well, the smoking is going to have to stop....price hike of over 40 percent in japan from today. you should have seen people stocking up on cartons yesterday before midnight. i bought one pack and have decided it's time to get back on the wagon... so, gotta go...more work. hope it can become more regular and be linked to more money in the future... :^: Eat fat-burning foods -- Day 3 completed 1 pause taken |

Sea, jolly, thanks for the confidence. I am smoking what I resolve will be my last pack. And I am thinking of things that will make that resolve easier, for me the biggest likely being the ripoff by the government. Forty percent hike going all to those who give us resident foreigners no right to vote for how the money is spent. Well, here's where I CAN vote on who gets this money, NOT the government.
Half-arsed effort, but effort nonetheless. So counting another day... :^: Eat fat-burning foods -- Day 4 completed 1 pause taken |

For yesterday Wow. Yesterday sucked. Guess that is what happens when you switch to the See Food diet :stress: I got no excuses, I just made really dumb choices. which happens. But it is hard to move on when the side effects stay with you. And not the weight gain. The headache from too much food, the acid reflux, etc. Anyway. Yesterday was dumb, but it is done. I need to make better choices today and move on. Have a good one everyone  Hope to hear from everyone soon. |
Well, could have been a lot better but I actually cooked some pumpkin....taking the day.
I abstained from cigs! Hurrah! Only some ones I don't like left and I refuse to buy any others at the new prices.....so starting a no-smoking challenge again because I feel good about the one day off them totally... jolly, pick yourself up and jump back on the wagon! For yesterday Welcome Angilala. As for me, my summer allergies have turned into my first fall cold, and I made bad choices yesterday. Also, needed to take a pause on working out today. Luckily, it appears to be moving through fairly quickily, so I will get back on plan. Have a good day all. Keep up the work. |
I can't believe it's only three days without smoking. I almost broke it yesterday, but the thought of the ones I don't like and refusal to buy others got me through. Fat-burning was tough, but it could have been worse so I allow it....
Welcome Angi! Hope you feel better soon, jolly. Eat fat-burning foods -- Day 7 completed 1 pause taken No smoking -- Day 3 completed |
