Stats for the last 16 months
 
I just checked my stats from January 1, 2013 till now ...

In 2013 I loss 19.4lbs

So far this year I have loss 18.2lbs ... this is very encouraging. If I can lose 2lbs a month for the next 8 months I will weigh 144.8lbs by December 31st ... now tell me that's not exciting :)

I have a plan today and so far it is working but the day isn't over. I have had probably four really really high calorie days, two I know for sure but the other two I didn't keep track so to me that says a lot. I have been trying to do the 5:2 up/down day meal plan and so far I have failed miserably. I started out the month weighing 159.8. I even got to see my all time low of 159.4 on May 8th, 9th and 10th. As of today I have twice weighed in at almost 10lbs higher ... 5/13 ~ 168.0 and today 5/19 ~ 167.8. ok end of confession ...

On December 1st I weighed 152.? so close to my goal and then I blew it. My out of control eating and my lack of exercise along with my new position did me in. I have gained 12.6lbs as of today in one month, smh.

Update for new start
 
I ate properly yesterday even hit the treadmill a day earlier than I had said (said I would start today 9/24). I have decided to do the Dukan Diet again. I did it back in August 2011. I recorded my meals on MFP so I went back and wrote then down. I did well on Dukan in the beginning then I think I hit a plateau or I just got bored or like normal for me I just had more off plan days than on plan and quit. (looks like it was a holiday weekend and we went out of town and the good ole' family southern cooking caused me to gain 9+lbs and I fell off the wagon). Let's hope I can get it all back this time and get this weight off. I had a great whoosh ...

Beginning stats from the 4 months till Christmas Challenge
 
On December 1, 2014 I weighed 152.8. I would like to be at that weight by Christmas.

(-20.8) Whew that's a lot ~ GW: 152.8

Challenge started on 8/25. I weighed 175.5. I had loss some because on 8/16 I weighed n at 179.1. My start date for the challenge was 9/1 weighing in at 173.6. In September my highest weight was 178.1 on 9/21. However I got down to 169.8 on 9/29 and 9/30. Then in October back up to 176.8 on 10/22. So I have literally been all over the place :dizzy: This month I jumped up to 177.3 on 11/2 ... <---- Just some info for me to look at

I went on a binge yesterday that was like one I have never had before. I left work knowing that I was going to Dollar Tree to buy everything I was craving. I also went to McDonald's to satisfy those cravings. The only thing I didn't get that I wanted was shrimp fried rice and a sausage and pepperoni pizza. I couldn't have eaten it anyway.
