Lo Carb: Goals for 10/07
Well another week offers another opportunity to get back on track!
My goals for this week are:
1. To drink 4 quarts of water daily
2. To monitor portions, stay lo carb
3. Work out for 1 hour, 3 times this week
Well I can't make it any simpler than that.
Anyone else in?
