the link wouldn't work:( it just took me to all groups......
I typed in just friends but that won't work either I can't find it!

If you search for Just Friends and then click on all groups you get to select refine to common interests. then you can select a subtype... here you select health and wellness, the group should be on top with the picture of a scale and two feet

Hello Ladies! Im new on here and I just started Herbal Magic on Sunday, Jan 31st! I am down 5.8 lbs since then! I joined you ladies on here because I feel I need all the support I can get. I have never lost weight before, only gained... When I started herbal magic I was at the biggest I have ever been at 274.8. My goal date and weight is March 12th 2011 and 160 lbs. I have requested an add to your facebook group just friends, I wasn't sure if it was public or not, but I need all the support I can get! I am horrible at diets!

Im looking forward to chatting and supporting on here!

Hello everyone...

It looks like the activity on this thread has slowed down. I just joined Herbal Magic yesterday after a good friend of mine lost 35lbs (goal 40) in about 4.5 months. I'm aiming for almost 80lbs. Started at 218 (03/16/10) and hoping for 140 (12/22/10). What an amazing Christmas present that would be to myself!

So what about all of you ladies? How have you done with HM? Do you find it challenging to stick to such a defined list of foods? Do you buy the bars/shakes from HM? What about other products from them? Do ya'll have the recipe books?

I see you have a facebook group. Can I join?

Welcome Tamara from Calgary. If you look up a couple of post it explains how to find our group on facebook. I am at the end of my weightloss with HM and am on stabilization. I lost 54 lbs in 6 months. I never bought any other products from HM other than the mandatory products. I got protein bars at costo and found them just as good and much cheaper.

Today's WI at HM was 194.6! That's 25lbs in 7 weeks and 2 days!

Angry Mittens - What center do you go to? I go to the one on Macleod Trail in the SE. How are you doing so far? How much do you have to lose? I'm having really good success.

I hope to hear from you soon. I joined the HM group on FB and have never seen anything come through so I like this forum. I love the support and so on.

I actually go out to the Cochrane Centre because I live
just North of the city but I work right behind the blackfoot and will
pop in the Macleod Centre if I work late or something.
It's going good to far but I really need to get my butt in gear
when it comes to exercising.
How is your Centre's associates?
There's 2 ladies out in cochrane and they are really great.
Always positive, motivated, realistic, etc etc. Really great
customer service!!

Hope to hear from you soon, I'm pretty much
within 10 lbs of your current weight and goal weight.

It would be really great to have a weight-buddy in the city! :D
