Glad that you are back!!!! OA is a really good organization, they mirror AA and NA I've heard. I am in recovery myself so I know you won't find a better support system than they are.
I have been sick since Wednesday, feeling much better this weekend, so I haven't been keeping track of cal or food as I lost weight because I wasn't eating alot and sleeping like crazy, so I am down a few. I hope I can hold it.
I hope you stay in touch here, it has been really good for me especially the BL challenges and weigh in. I know it takes self discipline, but sometimes it's good to have some anonymous support as well.
I hope that you keep up the good work that you have been doing, every little bit counts.
