Hi ladies -
The rest did me good. And after work today, I'm going to the gym for cardio and strength training, then on to pet sitting for an hour. My PT says that most of my problem is due to the fact that I have an exaggerated sway in my lower back.

She gave me some new exercises to strength the muscles to try and pull my spine into proper position. I think this might be a long haul - my PT calls it a crock pot type fix...rather than a microwave type fix....in other words, slow and steady. Unfortunately, patience isn't my strong suit. She suggested I go see a doc again, but my back specialist has left the "network" that my insurance covers...so I've got an appt with a Sports Medicine doc on 3/18 and an appt. with a really good orthopedic doc on 4/2.
Shad - I hope you've been able to conquer Mt. Stationery and Mt. Technology!
Annie - have a great time in St. Louis! Thanks for the great banana info!
Happy - Good for your DH for helping Mr. Feral defend his turf. Congrats on your wedding anniversary! 32 years is a long time! Good for you (both)! You cracked me up about unharnessing the girls and them doing the typing!
Rose - I'm sorry you had to cancel your trip. That's too bad. Hopefully you can go another time when the weather is more cooperative. Sounds like you have A LOT of fun things planned! You go, girl!
Patty - Yes, I grow cukes and squash in pots. I grow them vertically supported by tomato cages. I use the biggest pots I can find (that are about one size down from whisky 1/2 barrels).
Mel - Glad you had a great time at TJ's! So nice of Willy to help you out so much!
Ceejay - I hope things are going well for you! And that you're relaxing whenever possible.
Well, it's just about time to head home (and to the gym) for the day.
Have a great evening ladies.
Love and hugs,
